Was in the drive thru at 9:35. They were busy as always which was no surprise. What did surprise me is the fact that they took the order from the car in front of me (at about 9:55) and i was next at the speaker. I sat at the speaker from 9:55pm until about 10:02. I then called the store (knowing that they technically close at 10pm) and asked if i was going to be served along with the other 4 cars behind me. The young guy on the phone answered and i asked if i was going to be served and that they had another 4 or so cars behind me. I was told "well we are closed now so we wont be taking your order" he sounded extremely rude and then i was hung up on. I dont care who you are, if you work in customer service of any sort, at least find some compassion and try to resolve the issue at hand. Of course i was there quite close to closing time and that's on me. But too lose out on 5 or 6 car loads of customers.. and to be rude about it.. c'mon. Im not sure I will be going back, and we are there 2 to 3 times a week. But i dont have time to deal with people who dont seem to have the time to give to me. I wish i had a better review, but until this situation of lack in ethics is resolved, i wont be back, and there are quite a few people in the area that i will make sure to let know of the situation as this isnt the first incident we have had. You may not "need" our business, but it would be great to have the business wanted and not put by the wayside. Hopefully...
Read moreOn September 4 I decided to go to Dairy Queen to get a midnight milkshake when this Fiona from Shrek of a woman with a broken arm Took my order and was extremely rude to me and 3 other people. Normally I’d just let it slide mabe she just had a bad day and was tired. I’d seen someone I knew in the drive through, they were told to pull forward. Then it was my turn to pay she looks at me and says “milkshake?” With attitude then said my total. I was handed my drink then I pulled forward to talk to the people I knew and they had the same interaction with her, Fiona had brought them their food and proceeded to say that they “couldn’t park there”. I knew the person behind me and had called them on messenger and asked if they’d had the issue as well and SHOCKER THEY DID. He didn’t appear upset about it however then proceeded to talk to his other younger coworker very rudely about me.. Completely unprovoked or justified. I told him I could hear him, and that it wasn’t very kind, he continued, and then shrugged his hand and scoffed and walked away, I mentioned it to the manager, teachable moments right.
