Poor customer service, owner was very rude. My first time in the store, I had ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Not knowing that I would be given cream cheese with strawberry instead(There is a difference). When I asked for a refund to resolve the confusion, I was denied.

None the less, I was very respectful and had a hard time understanding why the owner had such an attitude with me to where all he could say was “I know what I’m doing”. How are you gonna charge the same price of a cold cut sandwich on a hero as a roll makes absolutely no sense I work next door to this place and I come here often today will be my last day. For some reason it's become trendy to bash this place. I've been coming to Bagel Express for a decade and I've never seen the "rude owner" so many mention. I see a hard working guy running a great business.

The bagels are excellent. The sandwiches are excellent. They won't cost less at another store. The coffee is fresh.
