We have been going here for about 2 years. In the past few months the quality and size of pizza has dramatically gone down. There is no Large pie anymore. The past few times the pies have been about the size of a medium. They ordered smaller pizza boxes as well. Today we ordered what was supposed to be a large pie but looks like a small. Look at the size of one of the "slices." This pie cost over $18. I asked for 10 paper plates since I have small children and was told that they are cutting down on paper and don't want to give more than a few paper plates for a pie. I told them I have always asked for and received 10 paper plates (which are paper thin, not the best quality) since we have been coming here for the past 2 years. The pizza itself has changed with less sauce and less toppings when you order a special pie. Their prices have slightly increased as well. We have also had issues in the past where we ordered a pie for pickup and when we get there they said they gave away our pie and asked if we wanted to wait for a new one. They never even called to tell us. I guess this is why they are losing customers. It's time to find another pizzeria

My 1st visit to this restaurant. It is very nicely decorated and clean, with plenty of tables, and a bar. The hostess and our servers were excellent. Our calamari was crispy and not tough - one of the best I've had. We also ordered a slice of pizza, Shrimp Scampi, Bistro Burger, Crab Crusted Salmon, and Zuppe di Pesce. Our Food was served hot, fresh, and in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone enjoyed their food. I honestly didn't expect much when we decided on Nonna's. However, we enjoyed everything about our experience and plan to come back.

Used to love this place. Idk what has changed but they’re terrible now. I was craving fettuccine alfredo so I placed an order as well as penne al vodka with chicken and garlic bread for my partner. When I say both pasta dishes had NO FLAVOR. The alfredo sauce tasted like milk and pasta water.. couldn’t even stomach more than two bites. And the penne? Nothing special. Also $18 just for penne vodka and another $4 for chicken???!!! If I’m paying that much the food should at least be good!!!! Never ordering from here again.

BE WARNED! This restaurant only cares about profits, not their customers. The staff has gotten increasingly rude and there are several employees working there that clearly do not care. They have implemented no substitution policies and are increasingly inflexible for the smallest request. Constant additional charges, getting nickeled and dimed for every little thing, and policies that are inconsistently applied by their employees, makes for a really bad experience.

I tried placing an order for a panini with a side Caesar salad and was told that it would cost extra, even though House and Caesar are the same price and the restaurant had substituted before. The “supervisor” that I spoke to was exceptionally rude and refused to give his name or indicate if he was a manager or an owner. When I asked him to explain the inconsistent pricing policies, his reply was “if I asked you what you did for a living, it probably wouldn’t make sense to me, so I am not going to sit here and explain the restaurant business to you.” How condescending and rude!

I used to come here all the time and the food was good and the staff were friendly. But it is clearly no longer the same local restaurant that cares about its customers which is really unfortunate. Their food is alright but you are better off with several other Italian options in the area where you can get good Italian food without the attitude and penny pinching! Take your...

We had been customers for years here food was good. Never had a complaint about the food ,always delicious but last time we were there ordered a pizza and got a 2 liter bottle of coke .We decided to dine there and were informed that even though they would allow it this time they don't want you getting a 2 liter bottle and having it at the table .Don't get it we purchased it there the reason was we didn't want the smaller bottles of soda nor a pitcher because if we didn't finish it wanted to be able to bring it home .We never have a issue at other places. You don't want to allow it suggest you post this on the case door for 1 thing. But it purchased period .Not that you losted a sale of soda. But now you have losted a loyal customer. So long Nonna's .business going elsewhere. Should have a choice the way you purchase ...
