I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my phone service I received on Sunday March 9th. During this call, I interacted with your representative, Cindy, and found her service to be exceptionally poor. Specifically, Cindy failed to provide a greeting upon answering the phone, offered short and unhelpful responses when I requested menu recommendations, and was entirely unhelpful when I inquired about the hot wings and available sauces. i Assked for her to wait while I looked for the types or wing sauces and she didnt wait and ended the call. I called back and throughout the entire interaction, Cindy's tone was abrupt and unfriendly. This lack of assistance made it difficult to make an informed decision about my order and left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I was particularly disappointed by the lack of guidance regarding the hot wing sauce options. It made me feel as if she could care lees, not her company not her lost of customers or money. I hope that this feedback will be used to improve customer service training, and I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this complaint.

I applied for this job never heard back until I knew someone who works there asked for a recommendation and he said Yeah just come in no problems.(Helpful employee) . I have came to that establishment 2 times and both times didnât even get a minute of their time the first being our manager isnât here today and the other claiming their system is down I have spent money in lyft as well rode a broken bike to be to be shut down within 1 minute.
