Bumper 2 Burger — Restaurant in Maine Township

It was our very first time ordering from this location. When I made an online order for pickup, I noticed an option at the top that allowed me to select everything or specify what I didn't want, like pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. I clicked on "everything" and purchased a burger. However, when I picked it up, I was in a rush to get my kids, so I didn't check the burger right away. To my surprise, when my kids started eating it, they found only chicken and sauce—no other toppings. I immediately called the store to inform them about the mix-up. The lady on the phone assured me I could come back, and they would add the missing toppings. I thought to myself that it would take me about 30 minutes to return, and I was puzzled as to why they'd just take the same burger back and add the ingredients Which action does not violate the food handling certificate? After that, she called me back and explained that when I selected "everything," their burger only comes with chicken and sauce. I found this incredibly strange—who makes a burger with "everything" and only includes chicken and sauce? It was quite shocking. Perhaps this is a new business or a new management, but I'm not sure. I had a burger from a different location before, and it was fine, but this experience was surprising. The representative apologized for the misunderstanding, but I felt and also asked them that they needed to clarify on their website that selecting "everything" only includes chicken and sauce, with no other toppings. This way, customers like me won’t be confused into thinking that "everything" means all the usual toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I have ordered from here twice now. Both times the estimated pickup time has been roughly 30mins. That to me seems QUITE LENGTHY for a burger and fries, but I've read their signs at the restaurant and I'll deal with that. What I find hard to deal with is that BOTH times when I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time, the order is STILL NOT READY bc they're waiting for the fries!!???!! This to me makes NO SENSE, and it's been proven to me that it makes NO SENSE bc both times that I've had to wait past the scheduled pickup time for the fries the burger that they served me is ICE COLD!! Who in their right mind would prepare a burger BEFORE the fries are done!!??? Again...MAKES NO SENSE!!! I've worked in the restaurant industry before as a cook, and i would NEVER prepare a burger BEFORE the fries and let it SIT TO GET COLD!!! REALLY!!! C'mon guys! Your a new restaurant trying to make it in the area! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU ACCOMPLISH THAT!! Unfortunately with this being the second time experiencing THE SAME ISSUES, I'm not sure if I will patronize this establishment again. It's too bad to bc even cold, the burger is quite tasty, but for the price I paid this is really unacceptable 😑. Placed an order at 10:16 on 6/24/25. They v say it'll be ready in 10 minutes. We head over as we enter we discuss how it's a good thing we were planning on taking our food to go as every table in the place were filthy, used napkins,straws, clearly none of the employees have been paying attention to the disaster the dining room was. Walk up to the counter to see a bag with our order in it. The girl behind the counter says "we're waiting on your fries." The fryers were empty. She then picked up her cell phone and hid in the corner. After 5 or 6 minutes I interrupted her phone conversation to ask again what we were waiting for, well she forgot to drop the fries we're waiting for the entire time our over cooked burgers are just sitting, she the proceeds to not pay attention to the timer and burned our fries as well. We've been in a couple times during the day and the restaurant has always been immaculate with great service. Unfortunately last night the cleanliness, the service and the food quality all missed the mark by alot.
