Let me tell you something—when a restaurant has a constant flow of people coming in for takeout, you just KNOW it’s the real deal. And this place? It’s not just busy; it’s a full-on flavor phenomenon.

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the energy—locals picking up steaming hot bags of food, the aroma of sizzling spices in the air, and that unmistakable hum of a place that’s ALWAYS in demand. And after one bite, we understood why.

The Karahi? Unreal. Tender, juicy meat bathed in a thick, perfectly spiced gravy that had us wiping our plates clean with fresh, buttery naan. The Garlic Naan? Pure magic—crispy, fluffy, and packed with that rich, roasted garlic punch.

But the real showstopper? The ALOO PARATHA. Hands down, the BEST we’ve ever had. Golden, crispy, and loaded with the most flavorful, well-seasoned potato filling imaginable. Paired with their yogurt and chutney? Absolute perfection.

Every table was packed, every other person was grabbing takeout, and the kitchen was working nonstop to keep up with the demand. And honestly? We get it. This isn’t just food—it’s Pakistani soul food at its finest.

Food is normally good. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order on grubhub that included chicken makhni. When I received it, I noticed that about 90% of the meal was just the curry, BARELY any pieces of chicken. Did I pay $11+ for mainly curry and a few pieces of chicken? I called them up and told them about it, the guy said that "the next time you order, we can compensate for your loss." I thought ok, fair enough, next time they'll give me credit for a proper order of chicken makhni (this is what other places do when they mess up an order). I call a couple of days later to get my proper dish of chicken makhni only to find out that the guy was only planning on "putting extra chicken" on my next PAID order of chicken makhni. Are you serious? So you messed up my order, and all you're planning on doing is making me pay for a brand new order that will have some extra chicken. It makes no sense. What's even worse, though, is that I have been here so many times. They know I'm a frequent customer, yet they don't show any sign of wanting to actually fix their wrong. Terrible, just terrible. I'm genuinely upset at how I was ripped off by a place that I have been...

Rude Customer service. Manager has a reckless disregard about addressing issues in the spelling mistakes on their menu. He simply hung up on me after cutting me off and asking i wanted to order. Such attitude is Counter productive in running business, especially where people dine.

Check this out: If you look closely on the menu online you will notice CUSine instead of Cuisine, on the Menu site you will see GALLary instead of Gallery. Chicken BRIyani instead of BIRyani, MariGNated chicken instead of Marinated, TAmatoes instead TOmatoes, Palak GHOST instead of Gosht. And Here"s the Kicker: They Falsely claim to be in the "heart" of DesPLANES as they Misspelled That as well; instead of being located in Unincorporated East of the I 294 by Ballard and Potter . Wow.... I can understand a few mistakes in printing but to Lie about a location and Misspell key words on the Menu is a MAJOR Red Flag to me Let alone the Manager's attitude...
