Bison Burger (Zabiha Halal) — Restaurant in Maine Township

I am the regular customer of bison burger. I am glad that we have a great place in our area.. Alhamdolillah you don't have to doubt even for one penny about there customer service and food especially 👌.. Friday there was a guy he came crazy just because his car was towed.. he was so mad that he challenged bison staff to put there reviews down and close there business.. this guy dont have manners to talk with one girl.. he want bison staff to pay 280$ for his towed car☺☺ Anyways we want to tell this guy did you ever read the notice near the parking lot it's clearly written unauthorized vehicles will be towed by "landlord" which means it's not the bison burger or mama maria or the other Mexican restaurant.. you need to accept that you are doing wrong and some more crazies are following you.. Anyways bison owners and staff you are doing great and we will always support you💙.. ❤... Rizq is only in the hand of Allah so matter even if you reaches 1 star you are even getting riqz which is written before you come in this world.. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never order from here again! It was my first and last time. They have someone who doesn’t even speak any English answering calls and rudely hanging up on people saying he doesn’t speak English. Why do they have someone who doesn’t speak English taking orders? Doesn’t make any sense. I decided to ignore the red flag and proceeded to the store to place my order. The beef samsa was loaded with CHUNKS of fat! They are charging $5 for basically bread filled with fat and onions. The chicken shawarma was not good either! It was fatty and not shawarma sliced at all. I have visited Bison Burger several times since its grand opening and initially enjoyed its offerings. However, I have observed a concerning decline in quality and an unfortunate price rise over time. The flavors that once delighted my taste buds have become lackluster, leaving me dissatisfied. Additionally, the noticeable price increase with a commensurate improvement in the dining experience could be much better. I really hope that Bison Burger addresses these concerns as soon as possible.
