Crumbl — Restaurant in Maine Township

First time trying Crumbl cookies! I have to say when I first walked to the door. I was a little bit lost. It was not what I expected in there. The minute you walked through the door there’s a self order counter. I think that’s their concept. Your order on the iPad they fill the cookies and they call your name when your order is ready. Well, that’s not what I did. I saw a gentleman making cookies there and I told him it was my first time in here. He explained how everything worked very nice man and very helpful. I ordered one cookie, which was the jumbo chocolate chip, and I have to say it was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. It was very good. I’m not into the cookies with the cheesecake on the top or the big chunks of marshmallows or fruit. I just want a cookie not a pastry! Depending on which cookie you order, the jumbo chocolate chip cookie was 4.99 and I thought it was well worth it. You can buy a four pack of six, pack a dozen, and they have special pricing for those. from what I understand every week they have six or seven varieties of cookies and they change up every week. So who is the real question would I go back to Crumbl cookie? Sure for the chocolate...

I had a terrible experience with Crumbl Cookies' customer service. We waited at the front for 10–15 minutes with no acknowledgment, while one employee was on his phone and another saw us but chose to ignore us. When someone finally came to take our order, he looked visibly frustrated and didn’t greet us, smile, or even say thank you. The way he tossed the cookies into the box was careless, smearing chocolate and cream everywhere (see photo). The self-order kiosk was also down, and no one seemed capable or willing to fix it. I won’t be coming back and will be warning friends and family about this store. To write a review i have to select a star, otherwise cx service is not even a worth selecting 1 star. Rude staff! The girl gave me a cold cookie and I asked her to warm it up and she said “no but I can give you a really hot one.” And gave me a cookie that was basically uncooked batter. And I told her that it’s not cooked and she said “it takes 15 minutes to set and I can’t give you any more cookies” I told her “ I don’t want more cookies….” What on earth….. I don’t even want the one I paid for. Not only that but she dropped my cookie box upside down on the ground and picked it up and still placed the cookie in there. Terrible horrible customer service I also saw her throw down another customer’s order on the counter and walk away.
