Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maine Township

Usually this Domino's location does a great job. Yesterday , 07-24-2016 1:26pm I ordered 1 Medium Jalapeno & Bacon and 1 Medium Cheese, 8 Piece Hot Wings & an order of cheesy bread. First of my order it took over an hour to get delivered after being told it would be about 30 to 45 mins. Wings we all brown squishy meat. Absolutely no white meat whatsoever the it's like the outside of the wing was burned and the inside was no where even close to being done. Both pizzas which were both thin crust fell apart as we were picking them up. They were barley cut and where they were cut it was the oddest/uneven shapes. Pizza was again burnt on top and not done at all in the middle . Cheesy bread was the exact same way brunet on outside and not done at all on the inside. There was no cheese stuffed into the cheesy bread. It was just undone bread doe . I have still have one whole pizza not cut that we just could not eat , because it was not done. I usually hate complaining , but this was the worst experience I have ever had . Not to mention when I called them to let them know food was disgusting and maybe suggesting to them they turn down their ovens because food is not cooking properly i was on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up. Again usually this place does a great job. I'm hoping this was just an off...

Like the large three topping carryout coupon! Thin crust pizza is my preference.

New visit 1/2/2019, they put the wrong topping on my pizza, luckily I looked at it before I left the store. No real apology, luke warm offer to remake pizza, offered free order of "nuggets". Didn't know what they were, small bites of baked pizza crust with parmesan cheese and some kind of greasy liquid to flavor and adhere the cheese. Menu price $2.49 probably cost $.39 to make.

Acted like I was the problem. Who would accept a bacon, ham, and pineapple pizza covered with jalapeno rounds.

I asked for owners number, after giving it to me the employee goes back to his station and makes a phone call . . Of which I heard "so you're going to get a call soon".

When he finally brought the pizza out, I told him his time would have been better spent on customer service. He told me to take my business elsewhere and walked away making an obscene gesture.

To add insult to injury my son throws the door open when I get home telling me I took too long . . . the pizza was knocked to the floor upside down. I've never seen a tossed pizza salad before.

Although Domino's Commercials are offering to replace accidentally dropped pizza etc, I...

I really don’t get how this chain works staff always complain they never get a order correct I prefer do make my own pizza as I don’t like the regular menu and even with just 3-4 ingredients guaranteed to be wrong and they always want to sell you 2 pizzas.

I wanted a pizza with tomato base with chicken onion red peppers what do I get a pizza only with red peppers and they heavily over charge at $14.97 for 1 they always over 2 pizzas at $4.99 each with 2 toppings they never understand that if and when I want pizza I go get it as I’m traveling.

Not using anymore should have just ordered from hotel menu a pizza and had what I wanted than goes to this clown company.

And the person behind the computer complained about everything register not working people not answering the phone sorry I thought I was a customer...
