Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maine Township

I don’t know where to start this review. This is the worst and ghetto Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been to… it was a Tuesday I believe around 9am and it was a female and she appeared to be on the phone arguing with her husband, cursing and acting crazy. I believe her name is Misty I asked her for a coffee and donut. She gave me the worst attitude that you can possibly get. Horrible service. Coffee was hot and bitter and tasted bitter.She I asked her couple questions and she gave me attitude. Then I payed her cash and she short me on my change about 10 dollars and she wanted to argue with me that I was wrong etc. I think she took my money. I left because I was on the way to work and didn’t had time for a low life ghetto employee. Who ever owns that Dunkin Donuts should fire her because she makes your business look bad and she isn’t presentable to even be behind the counter. She looks like trash.

Sorry but I will never again visit this location. Do not ever go get your coffee there if you think about stopping by there for a coffee and donut. They will take your money!

Ps- And honestly this person is not what would like to see first thing in the morning before coffee that’s like horror movie...

Let's see where do I begin. Well, at first I tried to go inside at 7:30 AM on a Monday. The doors were locked. I went through the drive-thru and the drive-thru was shut down at 7:30 AM on a Monday. So, one of the employees had the back door open and I asked him what time they opened. He said they did not open until 10 AM. What kind of Dunkin' is this? They’re definitely not 24 hours, that’s for sure. Do the employees shut it down anytime they want so they don’t have to serve like they got hired to do, or is it just because it’s in a screwed-up area? I’m sure the owner of this franchise would love to know that they are shutting his or her business down at a peak time of the day. It’s kind of convenient how it shut down at 7:30 AM when everyone is trying to go to work and get what they need. I would go to Starbucks...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The person who took my order was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. There was no greeting, no confirmation of my order, and no communication at the window—just the total given after I had already handed over my payment. I felt completely rushed and unwelcomed. Even though I was the only car in the drive-thru.

This visit reminded me exactly why I usually choose Starbucks, despite the higher prices—the staff there are consistently cheerful and welcoming, and they make the experience pleasant. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’. A little courtesy goes a long way, and it was clearly...
