I can't give it much of a review as it's basicly just a big parking lot with a bunch of stores. There is no unifying theme or cohesion. It pretends to be mildly upscale but tends towards the grundgy side. It's location just north of the airport tends to be a bit run down and is frequented by transients. They are trying to improve the area but not much changes around there. It's only real claim to fame is being next to the all state arena. As such it has an IHOP everyone goes to so this can be very, very crowded. There are some nearby hotels but they are grundgy too. The IHOP is where most people come to eat who stay at the hotels. If you rent a car at the airport, drive north on Mannheim and eat at the IHOP before heading out. The target store? A lot of people hate target and avoid it because they care nothing for the safety of women and children. Quaint little strip mall right next 2 O'Hare Airport and the Allstate Arena. Features a Target store and many restaurants. Not bad if you're passing through or traveling. While it is not necessarily the largest of places it does feature a liquor store, IHOP, Chili's, Culver's, Panda Express, little Angelo's Pizza, a sushi and Japanese restaurant, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, and on the Touhy Avenue side there is a steak and shake, racconto Italian restaurant, naf naf Grill, Buona Beef and a bank with ATM. Decent place to stop near the airport for a meal or to grab any Necessities from the target. Also has a great clips and a GameStop. Directly across from the strip mall on the Touhy Avenue side there is a LongHorn Steakhouse says well. These Fashion Outlets of Chicago Mall in Rosemont is just a short drive from there as well.
