Don't plan on shopping here unless you want your car to get towed. We were visiting out of town and decided to shop at the local target. When we arrived, there was a bunch of tents along the front of the building. The store inside was trashed and very dirty. Bathrooms needed attention as well. After we finished our shopping we dropped off the bags at our car. Since It was a nice day, we decided to leave our car parked and walked to the rest of the stores on the strip mall. After finally getting our shopping at the other stores went back to our car. To our surprise, it was gone. For a second we thought it might have been stolen. But then we remembered we had seen a tow truck driving around the target parking lot. That's when we knew it got towed. After finding the tow company number we called. They said yes we have your car it was towed because it was parked too long. We told them we had been shopping the strip mall and there was no reason we should have got towed. She then mentioned they were closing in an hour, and if we didn't pick up our car soon we would have to wait until the next day to get our car. So we began to make numerous phone calls to taxis for a lift and kept being told they don't have any in the area at this time. We finally came across a taxi in the parking lot and took it to the tow yard. We made it there with 10 minutes to spare. Ended up having to pay $240 dollars for them to release our car. We will never be shopping at this store ever again. What kind of business will tow customers cars for no reason.

Absolute worst experience. I don’t think I’ll shop at Target again. Walked out empty handed after carrying $300 of merchandise. Came in after work to shop for some 4th of July weekend outfits. Noticed dressing room was blocked off but assumed employee had to step away so I waited for 10 minutes, no employee in sight, hit call for help button, waited another 10 minutes, no one in sight. At this point, there was a long line so let’s say $1000s of merchandise. Called the front desk to open it up, and they said sure but the sales rep who met us denied access since dressing rooms close at 7pm. She suggested no alternative. I asked if she could make an exception and she said no. I asked if I could try it on in front of a mirror, she said go for it. Awful experience. Glad Target’s clothes have become progressively more ugly so it was easy to walk away from the entire basket. Furious I wasted 45 minutes in the store.

This target is Ripoff central. I went there the other day to buy a bath mat, asked an associate for a price check and when I went to check out, they tried charging me twice the original price. Today I went to buy a swiffer sweeper which was clearly signed $8.99 and when I checked out, it rang up $11.99. I informed the woman at the self checkout who asked about 15 questions and when an associate confirmed it was signed $8.99, she questioned them too; THEN as I was leaving, she gave me a rude remark.

I have worked a long time in retail so when I usually talk about a store I try to point out their positive qualities. I've never talked about a store because of how horrible it is. But tonight oh my tonight I'll never ever forget. And I'll make sure this doesn't happen to anyone ever again.

I've never had a Cashier/Manager treat me with such diagusting treatment and with such condescending tone and attitude as tonight. I am never the one to ever argue back or diaagree on Things, But tonight, tonight was different and tonight it got to me.

I was using coupons that I printed from Targets online website...as I scanned my items and coupons in, it asked me to call over a cashier for help. So I did, the 1st cashier (near me there at the moment) proceed to help me and said I didn't scanned the other 3 coupons I tough I had originally scanned. So she had to look back and go over all my transaction. So at that point I told her "can we clear out the whole transaction and can you help me I want to make sure I am doing it rite" (since we had a few people waiting to also check-out) so she did. We started scanning my Items and coupons when another worker walks over and starts to look at my coupons and starts to "help" and she stops and says "we can't take these coupons".

Me "what? Why not?" Cashier #2 MELISSA to be exact replies with a " Because they are paper"...... Me confused reply with "yes it's paper, how else would I print them? Why wouldn't you take them? I always print coupons at home, and these coupons are from your online website" she replied once again " we can't take them because they are paper" so I told her can you please call your manager... So she did as the "MANAGER" walked over she yelles out loud " Rite we cant take these becauzs they are paper" ERICK THE MANAGER replies with "YES WE DONT" 1. Without being near 2. Without looking at my coupons. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. So i proceed to ask ERICK THE MANAGER "when you buy tickets or anything ONLINE how do ypu print it and take it to the store? On paper correct?" Erick then is lisenting to me but also rolling his eyes as i am speaking and questioning him about how would he go about printing things from online" I didn't understand what they meant by paper (even though they scanned perfectly fine). I told Erick and Melissa they were ridiculous for saying i couldnt take my "COUPONS printed out of PAPER" At that point ERICK THE MANAGER tells "YOU CAN LEAVE WE DONT WANT YOUR SERVICE HERE YOU MAY LEAVE NOW" I COULDN'T BELIEVE he told me to leave and he refuse for me to proceed my check out after questioning him about the coupons and for him to give me an explanation or show me what MELISSA meant by paper or if he can tell me were or how to print online coupons with other then PAPER ON TOP OF IT ALL I get kicked out and refused service. I cannot believe this is the kind of treatment you guys give your costumers. My husband and I have Target Credit and we shop at target on a daily and I cannot believe what i just experienced.

Not only did I get kicked out alone I got kicked out with my 3 children.... tonight was unbelievable. And I will never ever shop at that location again and I will never ever recommend anyone to shop here.

As I walked out other costumers who walked out as the same time as me told me outside how WRONG ERICK WAS BY KICKING ME OUT AND HOW HE MADE NO SENSE ABOUT THE...

I usually have a great experience but the Target app that is supposed to show special deals and discounts on certain items is very frustrating to use too. When you search for an item to find the deal, several items show and it's difficult to know which one is in the deal. The fine print is confusing too because it will say, "Online" or "Pickup" and then I don't know if the deal is not available for in-store purchases. (And why not make everything discounted - no matter how you buy it?) If I am in the store and looking for a deal, the specific product/size should show on the app. Better yet, just discount all of the applicable items in my shopping cart when I am using the app and scan my Target Wallet. There are far too many items to scroll through in the store and half the time I don't use the app because it takes too much time. Why would someone be using the app if they didn't want to receive the discount? Your app should be intuitive enough to just discount things with the Target Wallet barcode when a customer goes to the trouble to use your app. Don't make it more work, please! Or if you are trying to entice customers, have a separate area in the app where customers can go for suggestions for deals they might not be aware of. But please do not make pop-ups that show suggestions when they aren't looking for them. That's annoying. Thank you for...
