Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maine Township

i went to buy 2 dozens donuts. In this area, other dunkin' donuts (on Harlem and Milwaukee or Dempster and Sherman) have donuts for $7.99 or at the most $8.99. I requested that I am getting 2 dozens donuts and there must be some sales or discount. Before the sales lady say something ($1.00 off), the owner looking guy took over and said for dozen, $12.99 and he charged me about $25 to $26. I was in hurry to go and bring my husband home from hospital and donuts were bought as an appropriation to the nurses and staff. I did not have time to look in to the price and go to other Dunkin' donuts. But, in future I will never ever go to this Dunkin' Donuts. There are so many other reasonable Dunkin' Donutes in the area with good price and kind gentle serving staff. please look out for price. also, the donuts were not that extra ordinary to charge this much price during Christmas when every where else had sales. Went there this morning to purchase a gift card for a gift. The supervisor loaded money on to a USED CARD! When I noticed that the card was used, I asked him to change the gift card to a new card as I don’t feel comfortable using or giving a USED, DIRTY gift card! The window of the PIN was already scratched. I was told by the supervisor that this card is fine and it’s doesn’t matter since money is already on this card and it’s ready to use. What kind of business sells a used gift card during a pandemic!!!!! Supervisor agreed to replace my card. The gift card replacement was also a used card. I visited Dunkin’ today and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience regarding food safety practices. The person preparing my food wasn’t wearing gloves initially, so I kindly asked them to remake it while wearing gloves. However, I noticed that while wearing gloves, they handled money for another customer and then went back to preparing my food with the same gloves. At that point, I decided to cancel my order entirely.
