AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!!!! THE MANAGER MR COSTA SUCKS! HE'S RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS!!!
So I have waited a little over a month to write this review. I went one night with my family to eat here, Mr. Costa who I am not sure is the owner or just a miserable partner seems to have a big big problem! Outside there is a big poster that says Under New Management, but I would beg to bring the old management back as I doubt their service is worse than Mr Costa's.
I ordered a Gyro for myself, and a full slab of ribs to share between my daughter and her mother, trhe gyro was for me. Mr Costa served me the gyro in a plastic basket, and didnt even bother to ask if we needed an extra plate for my daughter. When I went up to the counter to ask for an extra plate for myself and my daughter, Mr Costa gave an attitude, I asked if he had a problem, he said "For what?" I'm sorry I am not interested in eating a Gyro out of a plastic basket, and my daughter has no need to eat from her Mom's plate.
I forgot to mention how terribly Mr Costa was yelling at his "Hispanic" workers to hurry up and he left from the cash register to go behind the grill to breath down the guy's neck and yell that he wasnt doing it correctly. I guess he likes to micro manage.
To top it all off, Mr Costa was counting how much time we went to refill our soda, while eating our food, he came to tell us that we are only allowed one refill. As to why this guy is so rude, or what his problem is, I have no idea. His customer service sucks. His whole attitude sucks! Even at being human Mr Costa sucks! You believe the worker he was yelling at, when we were leaving, he came from behind the counter to apologise to us for how we were treated. As for Mr Costa, I promised I was going to write this review, he probably forgot which is good now that this will be here.
PLEASE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. IF MR COSTA WONDERS WHY HIS RESTAURANT IS FAILING AND WHY HIS PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS EMPTY, ITS BECAUSE HIS ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND LIFE ON A WHOLE SUCKS!
If you need good customer service and good food, please drive up the road to Pita Inn where the atmosphere is happy and welcoming. Plus the food at Pita Inn is really tasty and their vegetable is fresh!

Read moreI have been a customer of Goodi's for YEARS. (I have the buy 10 get 1 meal free punch card that is filled). Unfortunately, after today I will no longer step foot in this restaurant again. While the owners have never gone out of their way to be pleasant, today they were just nasty. I visited with a family member and my mother who is 87. The owners were obviously not getting along with each other at the register when we were placing our orders. We sat in a booth and noticed the sun was shining in at an angle which was in our eyes. Rather than make my mom move, I closed the shades on several windows. The male owner told us to move to the back of the restaurant where there were no windows but we explained that the shades were already closed and we were sitting there so my Mom could play the slot machines after our meals. He left to deliver some meals and the female owner sent someone over to open one of the shades where the sun was shining directly in our eyes. After explaining our situation she said it was too bad and that she needed light because it was too dark in there. She was just being spiteful. I asked if they do business at night and she replied "yes" I said that it should not be a problem. She told us to move (in the middle of our meal) and I asked her if she really expected an 87 year old woman to move and she was very nasty in her reply. We moved tables because we were blinded by the glare and my Mom was in the middle of her meal. Otherwise I would have thrown my food in the garbage and left. These people have to know we are regulars and chose to take out their personal frustrations with each other on loyal customers. They obviously don't care about customer loyalty because I could see the male owner staring us down while we finished out meal. (can you say creepy and immature?) Whatever family problems they are having should not be taken out on the customer. There are plenty of restaurants around and obviously more than enough establishments with slot machines that will go out of their way for your business. These people are nuts... By the way, judging by the dynamics between the two, she obviously wears the pants in that relationship and he takes his inadequacies out on...
Read moreI am rating this 1star, if i could give NO STARS I WOULD. I witnessed the "OWNER" (well the guy claimed to be the owner) become racist with a male, african american customer on 11/8/18. The customer did NOT curse the man out nor did he do anything to warrant the disrespect he received. He was there i think to pick up an order. He(the customer) attempted to get help from a female worker, don't know what she said to him, but he was calm as a clam. Then the white Male("owner") who was behind the counter tried to kick the AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE OUT OF THE RESTAURANT AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON THE CUSTOMER, HE EVEN TOLD THE CUSTOMER " I'LL TEACH YOU ENGLISH" The owner had a thick accent i think was a Greek accent. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. YOU DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS IN THAT MANNER. LUCKILY I was done shortly after the encounter started. The customer that had that happen to him I APOLOGIZE EVEN THOUGH THE OWNER WON'T. AMERICA HAS NO ROOM FOR RACISM.... WE ARE ALL IMMIGRANTS. IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS IN THESE TOUGH TIMES YOU NEED TO BE HUMBLE. THE OWNER DOES NOT DESERVE ANYTHING MORE THAN A 1STAR if that.
