Ugh I am torn writing this review bc the gentleman who helped us was so nice and seemed to know his stuff. But I was just not a fan. My mom and I went here just for coffee (actually we got a cinnamon muffin too, which was yummy) but neither of us liked the drinks. I got the lavilla (lavender +vanilla) latte with oat milk and she got an Americano with flavor added (possibly some sort of tumeric or ginger, I can't quite remember). My latte was devoid of all sweetness. Aren't the point of lattes supposed to be that they're sweet and creamy? I'm confused as to what the vanilla and lavender flavorings actually did for it... My mom had to add sugar to hers which is relatively normal, but she still didn't like it after doing so and we both thought the coffee tasted bitter. I know this place has high ratings and that's why we wanted to give it a try. Perhaps the barista was new (it was a young girl who made the coffees, not the nice man), but I wouldn't come back here based on this experience. If I lived closer, maybe I would give it a second chance, but I'm an hour away (was en route to pickup at airport). We took our coffee to go and unfortunately did not have a chance to go back and get it remade. I just wish it was made deliciously in the...

I rarely write a bad review but the experience here was terrible. The barista with the pink hair is beyond rude. I went last weekend and ordered 3 lattes, specifically ordering the ONE decaf last as to not confuse the order. My lattes are ready and 2 say decaf. I said oh, there must be a mistake it was only one decaf. The way she so quickly said "well thats what the receipt said so you'll have to wait." Not even a glance at the receipt, not a let me take a look at that for you. She made comments under breath and rolled her eyes so hard I thought they were going to roll out of her head. A guy stepped in to help fix and although he also made the latte wrong (he made a small and it should have been a large), he was very nice and said "no problem, I can build on this" and quickly fixed it. I honestly wasn't even mad about the order being wrong the second time because he was so kind. I cannot believe in this economy you would allow the original barista to represent your business. I will never step foot back in this coffee shop solely...

Coffee was great, and the girl who took my order was super sweet...however: when I ordered there was only one person ahead of me. I had asked for two lattes to - go. The others were for sitting there. The girl making tbe coffees took a really long time to make the orders ahead of me..and in between decided to make coffees for the staff.. when I asked where my coffees were, she just said "oh I have one more then it's you". She made the person who ordered AFTER me their drinks first even though they were sitting in the cafe. The other two girls behind the counter were just talking to each other about random things, not seeminf to want to help at the third girl at all.

Now if you have a "to go" order, wouldn't you think that the order should be made a bit quicker? I waited at least 20 minutes... I understand that these girls are probably high school girls and don't really care about their job, but it gives a bad vibe to the customers.

Maybe I just ended up going on an "off" day, so I would love to go back to see of any...

This place is great inside. It doesn’t look very inviting from the outside but once in there it’s super cute and offers West Town bakery, great in house coffee and tea all served in cute glasses. They also offer great lunch type sandwiches and other smaller offerings. Minus one point for being a bit confused by me being British and asking for milk in my tea but putting it in while it was stewing. Also get there early as by noon on Saturday they had run out of almost all cakes bar two :( the white chocolate cranberry scone was to die for though. It’s also worth noting this shared a bar (but not walkthrough) with beer on the wall so you can also get wine and beer in addition to more restaurant/cafe stuff. Super cosy inside and suitable for families and all ages as it’s super chill.

Great coffee shop in the heart of downtown Park Ridge. This locally-owned coffee shop and Cafe is a great place to meet friends or just grab a couple of nice hot coffee. I really appreciate the friendly and welcoming service. We ordered a few different types of hot tea, and a hot chai latte. They offer lots of fresh made breakfast sandwiches as well as some grab-and-go donuts, croissants Etc. And ideal location with plenty of parking, and easy access to the Metra train. They have outdoor seating right next to other restaurants in this bustling area of downtown Park Ridge. I give off the wall Cafe and Coffee Shop 5 stars.

Food: I got the breakfast sandwich with the gluten-free English muffin. I was impressed they had this option and then they could remove the cheese because they assemble it there. I do wish it had some kind of sauce or something as it was a bit dry, but overall, it was a good sandwich and usually I’m not a big fan of breakfast sandwiches cause I think the egg can be questionable Drink: oat miel was very good! Atmosphere: cute and I love that they have games to play
