I am editing this review and bringing it down to 1 star. Today, for the second time, this store has pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH. I had one card in my hand and asked the clerk about the current coupon I had in my email. Could she explain which cards were in the promotion. She explained the Venmo card and said the gift card greeting was any other card in the store up to $4.99. So I spent more time picking out another card worth $2.99. I went to the register and another clerk was there. She said “Oh no, this coupon is only for the Just Because cards. I told her the other employee just told me it was any card! I was so mad. I put my cards back and didn’t buy anything. As I was leaving, the first clerk was there and said “oh I’m sorry, it was my mistake. The promotion has changed since the coupon came out.” What???? They would not honor their own coupon nor would they honor THEIR OWN MISTAKE! This is the SECOND time this store has pulled a bait and switch on me. Here is my first post from a little while back: Can someone explain why they send me a coupon for a free Shoebox card (value $3.49 - $4.49) and then I buy a Shoebox card valued at $4.49 but they only give me a discount on it of $3.99?? It says exclusions apply but there is nothing in the fine print. Was not a happy customer. I hated to quibble about $1, but really, they need to stop the false advertising. I no longer trust any of their coupons and I will no longer shop...

Oh my goodness, the worst customer service Went to pick up a grieving shawl for my aunt. My uncle passed this week and I wanted to give her something special. I read on line that they had one. Arrived there, walked around the store. I couldn’t find it. Then I asked the girl over the counter. She was useless. She didn’t have a clue yet was making so many excuses to why they wouldn’t have it. Then I asked if they had a certain section that I can look for other items. She pointed out a session. So I began to look. Lord and behold there it was. I took it showed her that it was there And the other girls response was “ sometimes people hide things” smh 🤦‍♀️ if she would of checked when I asked instead of making excuses and apologized, she would have known that that did have one left. Won’t recommended or shop...

Laurie at Hill's Hallmark absolutely went above and beyond to help us with our perfect wedding invitations. She really saved the day and made sure that everything was perfect. The invitations that we created were super formal and she knew all of the correct ways to explain to us how each name should be written out and addressed. Things you really don't know how to do in every day life! It's more complicated than it sounds....I don't know what we would have done without her. Her follow up and staying on top of our order was crucial to getting these out in time (which was our fault that we decided to do these super late). Thank you again to Laurie and...
