Edie Boutique — Local services in Maine Township

First of all, I never write reviews. Everyone wants us to support local businesses, which I always do, especially Edie; however, after today, I will no longer support nor shop there since they do not care about their customers. Two days ago, I purchased over $220 of items and after one hour of wearing my $138 spank pants, they snagged. I had them on for one hour and they refused to exchange them for me! That is not how you should run a business. I am very unhappy. Someone would buy them at a discounted price if they did do the exchange. I actually have never had a store not do an exchange...

Adorable store - but the customer service was awful yesterday. The sales associates (in the gift area, not the clothing area) were more concerned about cleaning and putting away Christmas items than helping the 3-4 customers in the store. I purchased one item and said thank you to the woman ringing me up three times. As my friend and I left, I realized that the words "thank you" never came out of her mouth...only mine. Fantastic selection of quality Boutique clothing and accessories! Atalie was a wonderful salesperson and the personalized service she provided made our shopping experience out of this world. She helped my daughter pick out specific outfits and Atalie really had an eye for fashion. I particularly like the fun and elegant way they display their clothing and beautiful accessories.
