hate to say this but this has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to! My kids had a chicken taco, daughter had a side of rice, son had a side of beans. Daughter wanted a second taco, due to taco having 4 small pieces of chicken only so I asked the waitress if I can order an etra taco for her and she came back to our table to inform us that they ran out of chicken! Mind you this is Sunday Morning 11:30'ish. So we said fine no worries. So my daughter decides she wants a little more Mexican rice, so we put an order in and she came back 3 mins later and also stated they ran out of rice! I look at my wife and I can tell she was so disappointed as well! She had a chicken torta, and let me tell you, the amout of meat they use is so petty! She literally transferred the 3 to 4 dice pieces of chicken to the other half of the torta to just eat half. I ordered a Steak Burrito, and it was more of a veggie Burrito... where's the steak Sofia? Our check was still paid and the Waitress was still tipped. But yall need to sit down and discuss somethings. If there is no food available, just close the door for the day. It's not koo to walk into a restaurant and order food and be told your out. Especially when you just opened for the day. Also the Waitresses needs a little more training. Not to mention the there was another lady at a different table sitting solo and she was upset with the service. I'm all for everyone going to try new places and supporting new businesses but try this one at your own risk... I have to RATE: 1 out of 5 ⭐️. My can of coke...
Read moreI can’t really speak for the atmosphere, as my daughter was the one who picked up the food. However, the service seems to be a little lacking, according to what my daughter had stated. I’m only giving two stars on that for the simple reason that they forgot some of the food and we had to turn back around and pick it up. As far as the quality and taste of the food, I think two stars is being kind. They do not have vegetarian options, which is disheartening. So I ended up ordering the shrimp tacos. They were OK, I’ve had better and I mean much better. The shrimp tacos had very little flavor, even with “Sauce” they place on there. And even that sauce had a very heavy mayonnaise taste. In order to add more flavor to the tacos I had to add salsa, just to have some kind of flavor. The rice and beans were very bland. If you’re in a pinch, and you want to try some type of Americanized Mexican restaurant then maybe this will be the place for you. Otherwise, there are far better Mexican restaurants, authentic ones, within the area and well...

I recently visited Sofias Taqueria on their grand opening with my family, and it was an absolutely great experience! The food was nothing short of delicious. I ordered the tacos de tripa dorada, and they were perfectly cooked—crispy and packed with flavor. My husband and son loved their tacos asada, raving about the juicy meat and fresh toppings.
We also tried the tacos al pastor with pineapple, which was a fantastic combination of savory and sweet. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing exceptional customer service that made us feel welcome.
We enjoyed the meal so much that we decided to take some tortas to go for lunch later. I can't recommend Sofias Taqueria enough, and I’m excited to return soon for another round of their...
