I never leave reviews but couldn't really let this one go... I went to this location to get my son his birthday dinner as this was his choice for what he wanted. When I got to the drive-thru they asked me if I wanted to buy a key tag to receive free frosties for a year. I asked questions about how it worked & if there was a limit things like that. So I decided to buy one because my son loves frosties and I even bought one for him for his birthday in case he ever wanted one when I was not around. When I got home my key tag wasn't in the bag. I tried calling the store but they didn't answer so I had to go all the way back. When I got back the drive-thru was extremely backed up and the lobby doors were closed I ended up having to sit in the drive thru for a half an hour just to get the key tag that I already paid for. While I was sitting in the Drive-Thru I leaned out the window and read the fine print on the frosty poster and it states you have to make a purchase in order to get these free frosties I feel that they could have been up front about that when I was asking questions about how the program worked... Then when I asked her to just give me a medium fry since mine would be ice cold when I get home she said I would have to go through the drive-thru again for that and then I asked if she was serious she Shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say by the time I got home my soda was watered down from the melted ice and my fries...

I was trying to get something quickly to eat so I stopped there not even realizing that 20 feet away is a Chick-fil-A that’s probably why there was hardly any wait as far as a line goes and the line was so long at Chick-fil-A. I ordered a five for five and waited almost 10 minutes just for a burger why they left my other side items just sitting on the counter to get cold while they wait for a burger to be made…They should really do something about revamping this store and employees… Because around it you have very nice Hotels, Restaurants and Movie Theaters within walking distance… and in the middle of all of this is Wendy’s, which is very low quality in comparison to surrounding places to eat or socialize unless they do something soon I don’t think this place will thrive much longer and the quality of the food especially with that kind of competition in its surrounding. And that’s why this particular location is usually the last choice as far as things to eat around there I was going to give this to stars, but honestly, I don’t even think it deserves the one. Not worth it…. Move on which is a shame cause I actually...
Read moreThis was not my first choice for dinner. I used to live a block away and would stop in regularly in spite of the fact that the order was usually wrong, things missing, wrong products, etc. No butter or sour cream with my Baked Potato or utensils missing, etc. There was no true Customer Service. My Daughter wanted a Wendy’s Cheeseburger with only onions and mayo ( they never got that right…the worst was no cheese, “ you said, ‘ only Onions and Mayo !! ’ “. Today I met Eli. He was awesome very friendly and he LISTENED TO ME !!! The order was correct. He happily took it instead of sending me to the Kiosk. He smiled, laughed at my “Dad Jokes “ and treated me to a flashback of how it used to be at fast food restaurants. Remember how nice it used to be, you felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff acknowledged your existence and acted like you were important. They listened to you and made you feel welcome. Thank you Eli for a wonderful experience again at a fast food restaurant. It has been a long time since I was treated well. Thank you Wendy’s for hiring Eli. Keep up the...
