11/3/24. There cash register was broken. But I am so impressed that they stayed so calm under the stress. Amazing staff and amazing coffee. We also tried the Chai Latte. It was really good

8/25/2020 services for this location is hit and missed. When it is good, it is so good. When it is bad..wow. 11am Tuesday and bad services! The day just started! I think she is new. I don't remember seeing her here before. Completely rude. Ordered coffee w foods and liquid sugar on the side. When the order came out without it, I asked for it nicely. She told me that I should ask for it when I ordered. I told her I did and she repeatedly told me I should order the sugar in advance. We are here 4 times per week since it was opened, this the 2nd times the new ee was so rude. It is how she said it. Dont like to give bad review, but really have to do this one. Coffee and foods are still good

There is no sense of urgency based on the number of clients in the lobby, and there wasn’t a long line! The barista when completing an order just sets it on the counter, and only sometimes softly says a name under her breath resulting in mass confusion by the waiting customers. The proper way should be what the drink is and who it is for in an audible tone, maybe said twice if it just sits there. When a customer comment was made about lack of audible order notification, there was no response given by the baristas, just a look of attitude.
