Great food. The chicken just melts in your mouth & is well seasoned. Their steak burrito is great too, and I love their chaufa rice I also love the taco salad (with ground beef) Honestly I don't believe I've had anything bad at guapos. & I've had it for a few years now. Customer service is pretty ok too, I haven't dined in in a while but when I did it was great. Also, keep in mind that their chicken wings appetizer is not rotisserie chicken it is just regular baked naked hot chicken wings, which was disappointing for me because I figured it'll be rotisserie’d Also the sauce that comes on them was a bit salty for my liking. So request it on the side if you can. (As I did) The only complaint I have is they treat their ORANGE sauce like it is the Krabby patty formula lol, you ask them for some and it doesnt matter if you bought 5 meals, they will only give you 1 or 2. And if you ask for more they only add one more and then at that point they almost get mad at you for asking for more and it's like what is three mini sauces going to do for five meals for five adults. Lol (Not the whitish light yellow sauce or the green sauce THE LIGHt ORANGE ONE. And only that one, they give you a whole bunch of the yellow & green one) Anyways, I really like guapos and love the new renovations.

⚠️🚫 DO NOT EAT HERE ⚠️🚫 I ordered to go and had the worse experience of my life , ordered chicken quesadilla amongst other foods and then went to a movie that night an hour and a half later and ended up leaving because of an upset stomach , around 1am I woke up vomiting water and and had diahrea it was a scary amount of water I was vomitting so I ended up going to the doctors also vomitting on the way there , ended up being diagnosed with a bacteria infection ( Food Poisoning ) the only thing I ate that day was guapos and the chicken was even chewey I didn't notice as I ate in the dark , DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND DO NOT EAT HERE , AND on top of that I was missing 2 of my tacos , I passed out in the doctor from losing too much liquids and the watery diahrea . I'll be making sure to tell everyone I know never to step foot in here I already closed down a pizza place for exposing them for having roaches I hope everyone who reads this stays away from this place . I ended up paying around $500 in bills the next day because a $10 quesadilla wasn't cooked right .

The mango juice is excellent. That was the best part of the meal. I had the veggie burrito to eat with Mexican rice on the side. The burrito and the rice were surprisingly bland. I'm used to Mexican food being more exciting to the taste buds. I actually would rather eat a Taco Bell burrito than have a burrito at Guapos again. The saving grace was the sauce. There was a light yellow sauce as well as a green sauce served on the side. Be careful with the green sauce, it is very hot. The yellow sauce was very flavorful so I coated the burrito with it and that made it edible. My husband had some of their rotisserie chicken which he said was good. However the French fries he had on the side (which I sampled) were very bland and no amount of salt seemed to improve them. The service was good. The employees gave me clear answers to my questions about the menu and the food was made quickly even though it was moderately busy. The restaurant is located by a strip mall so there is plenty of parking in a spacious parking lot.

In my opinion, this place doesn't add up to other Guapos I tried. The meat was harder and chewy. I got the Lomo Saltado, it was EXTRA SALTY. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SALTY. I left and was constantly drinking water. Seems that the quality control of the food was absent. Felt really bad with the food experience. A lot of sauce, but the chef has to ensure to taste the product served to the customer to make sure that it has balanced tastes. The burrito was a bit better, still salty. The meat in Lomo Saltado should be delicate with a bit of texture, and with the sauce, it should have a well-balanced semi juicy flavor. CUSTOMER SERVICE So, so. Not bad, but not what I'm used to from Guapos. SUMMARY All in all, not the best Guapos. Not good for the quality of food. RETURN FACTOR 50% Let's see what the future holds. This place activates my inner Latino. The music is Spanish, the workers all speak Spanish, most of the clientele was Hispanic and you could hear Spanish everywhere. The tacos de carne asada were incredible, deliciously seasoned and served with pico de gallo and a spicy, cilantro sauce. The empanadas were South American style made with cornmeal and baked—not the fried Puerto Rican style pastelillos. The flan was divine. It was not the traditional flan. It was like a cross between tembleque and flan-custard with a coconut infusion and a caramel sauce. The texture was smooth as creme beoulé. Definitely worth the calories. Service was fast, pleasant and efficient. Our server very happily got our cups when we had forgotten them at the counter. This accidental detour from Route 66 will be our new route. I can’t wait to go back.

Today im here seeing how hard theyre working. Its Christmas day and they have people that came in extremely rude and extremely impatient. Asking about their order every 2 seconds like thats going to speed it up or change their wait. Staring at them make the food again like as if thats going to help. I came in here and my order was actually a delivery that was not the correct order. Theyre extremely overwhelmed as most places are closed and its just amazing to see them work so hard while people are being absolutely the worst. Hopefully theyre closed for Christmas next year so people can appreciate what they had. In the picture is part of the most impatient customer
