Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manassas

This is a double store Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Dunkin is on the left. There were 2 employees that I could see handling walk-in traffic and drive-thru. It was nice to see a clean store when I mostly do the drive-thru. This location has a wider selection of donuts that I haven't seen available at other locations. I was greeted warmly. I was interested in a dozen donuts, but they didn't have a dozen of one flavor displayed. He checked in the back, and they had more. I also ordered the $6 meal deal! You can get sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel or a croissant. You also get 6 hash brown rounds and a hot or iced medium coffee. The younger employee asked a few questions of the other employee, so maybe he was new. I had two separate orders and had to ask for a cup holder and a large carry bag. The store started to get crowded as I was walking out the door. Great visit. Wish they had the same inventory at every location, including some of the donuts that are advertised online but unavailable...

Four stars since I actually care about the improvement of this dunkin, you’re in a brand new location time to have a brand new attitude, don’t carry over the nonsense many people experienced at the last location. If you don’t like your job this is a free country you can choose to work elsewhere. It’s a job, you’re in customer service, you get tips for your service, so provide service.

It’s very unfortunate as well, the owner of this dunkin spent so much money, rebuilding the new location, getting permits, marketing, like actually so much money. All for it to be washed away by some teenagers who are too cool to work. Have some sense of pride, it’ll help you in the long run, you get what you give in life.

Placed an online order at 6:10am. Got to the store at 6:18, order was not ready. I stood for a few minutes not being acknowledged. After a couple minutes a staff member asked me if I was waiting for something, I said yes, the breakfast sandwich that completed my order. They told me the oven wasn’t turned on in time and it was still warming up but it would be only about 2-3 minutes before my order was ready. 10 minutes later I asked what was going on and I was told it would be 1 more minute. Ten minutes later, 20 minutes total now, I told them I needed to get to work and I couldn’t wait any longer. Nobody offered a refund or a solution, instead I was told it would be only one more minute. I just walked out and none of the employees seemed the least bit concerned about it or made any attempt to...
