This is hands down, absolutely, Unequivocally, without a doubt our favorite place for delivery. The owner is the definition of sensational!! She runs her business with Quality, professionalism, consistency, & gracefully treats us like we are family not just customers. I can not express how incredible the owner is at going above & beyond, remembering even the smallest details of every item we have ordered. We have never experienced this level of customer service from any business we have gotten food delivery from. And we order out quite often. Start to finish, Every aspect of this business is so enjoyable. From placing our order with to go employee over the phone, To the cooks that make every item we’ve ordered delicious & consistent, Down to Delivery drivers being prompt, friendly and getting our food to us intact & hot. We’ve ordered from other companies who’s drivers couldn’t care less, must have thrown our order upside down in their backseat, driven zig zag and ruined items. Btw. Over tip your delivery drivers. It’s half of ordering out and a major part of spending $ on delivery. Don’t short change the drivers. Regardless of the size, cost of your order they are indispensable & with out them you wouldn’t get your food conveniently brought to you. Okay, so I had to order dinner from work because I had forgotten my lunch, anywho .... I ordered a Steak N Cheese Sub (Extra Mayo) with Fries. I looked at the steak and the meat looked like it was those balls of ribeye some restaurants use. I was worried it would be dry because I seem to get a lot of those when ordering subs, nevertheless I was pleasantly surprised that it was not dry, The extra mayo were squeezable packets just like the ketchup ones. The oil gave it a pop I loved; at least I think it was oil. I wasn't given ketchup though. My fries were not hot; they felt like they had been sitting for a moment before I got them or before my order was made. My Styrofoam plate wasn't even sweating, nor the bag. The sub even though it was good was semi warm and not hot. I will try again yet request that it be as close to hot as possible with the proper ketchup as well. I hate dry fries. I forgot to take a photo, maybe next time. Also I ordered online with the percentage off the delivery so I have not seen the building, the inside, parking, atmosphere or anything. These people want to make you and your family dinner or lunch. Not just your money. That's becoming rare around here. It starts with their phone mannerism. Calm and clear and with full attention to my order. In my experience with other restaurants, if the phone call sucks so does the food. Delivery has always been quick and the driver is always very nice (young lady who drives a orange Subaru wagon, thank you). Carryout service is amazing. They will literally carry out your food and help you put it in your car to make sure nothing gets spilt or leaks. Not sure why people say they are hard to find, they're right off Euclid. Plus, you wrote a review on Google which means you have Google maps.?. : Warning, the steak and cheese is addictive! The pizza is excellent, not sure if it's homemade sauce or what but it's so good!
