Wu's Garden — Restaurant in Manassas

WSU's garden restaurant I have had delivered numerous times and carry out a few. I have to say that the only reason I gave 2 stars is because of their good Chinese food. Other than that I told myself I would never order from them again after we were charged for more than what we ordered and when we called to fix this issue, the lady (who normally answers the phone), blew it off and didn't resolve anything with us and we were loyal customers. Not to mention the lady who is normally the lady that answers the restaurants phone, is so extremely rude, one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to on numerous occasions. Our last carryout order it states that they will bring u out your food, there's even a sign in the restaurants parking lot, but when we called to let them know we arrived, she refused to bring our food out and this is during the corona virus outbreak. I was suprised but it was expected from them. If you want welcoming service and absolutely amazing delicious food, try CHINESE IMPERIAL in Manassas over by Skyzone where the old Kmart used to be. They are 1000 times better in all around service and most definitely the food is amazing, they have the best chinese food I've ever had. My review is to NEVER come to WUs Restaurant, especially when there's much better service and food rite around the corner! Wu's, get some manners,learn to treat your customers with better service! I have ordered from Wu’s several times and am usually satisfied, however, after my last experience I will not be ordering from here again. My boyfriend and I both found pieces of RAW pork in our pork fried rice. Since I ordered through Grubhub, I called their customer service about the situation. The man from grubhub called Wu’s and said that they insisted the pork was not raw and refused a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous being I’m still staring at the raw pieces that we picked out of our rice. This is not the first time I have dealt with bad customer service but I have let their rude attitude toward their customers go in the past. I am highly dissatisfied with Wu’s, especially being that we have been loyal customers for the past couple of years. Don't get me wrong, my family orders delivery from here at least once a month. However, for every three orders that are delicious and no complaints, there is one order that is off.

Most of the time, my complaint is that the breading on the crab rangoon is stale, or the egg rolls tastes too sour. However, once my chicken fried rice has the distinct taste of cigarettes!

After that last one, I didn't order from here for months. I took the risk a few weeks ago, and of course my order was on time and good.

However, considering that once the chicken fried rice tasted like someone put out their cigarette in it, I can't recommend it. I will order from here again (it is the best Chinese in delivery range), but it is a risk to say the least. Plus, there is no telling how clean that restaurant is...
