This by far is the best bakery I have EVER went to. Let me give you a quick back story. The cake featured in the photo was for a bridal shower. This was the second cake the Carlitos bakery made for the shower because I DROPPED THE FIRST ONE!

I picked the first cake and within 15 minutes a dropped it getting out the car. I called Carlitos immediately! Not only did the owner graciously made another, but most importantly, the cake was for an event the very next day! The miracle and patience this woman had was commendable.

Needless the day the service is 10/10!

The food: JESUS! I’ve used Carlitos before the bridal shower. She made a cake for my sisters birthday and some pastries for a friend’s event. The mini cheese cake sups are delectable! Mouth watering and the perfect portion. The quesitos are rich and fluffy.

The atmosphere: Inviting. It feels like friendship. Like a home. Almost like Sunday mornings at your aunts house or grandmas. The place is clean and warm. The display cases are full and very tempting!

Pricing: BEYOND fair. When I dropped the cake she charged me less than the first one.

Stopped there this morning..I got a Boston cream donut and 2 "egg, ham and cheese" sandwiches (part if the the 2/$5 deal

Donut first..the dough was cooked good just didn't really have any flavor, the chocolate on top was very good, the cream was basically non existent... literally 1 dab in the last 2 bites

Sandwiches just we're not good. Bread had no flavor, there was no cheese put on even though I ordered it and egg was overcooked, ham was like a piece from the deli

Good customer service at the order/register but to a long time to make 2 sandwiches and it wasn't busy

I might try another time and will update if I do but I def won't go back...

Update: We ordered a vegan cookies and cream birthday cake from Carlito's on 7/30 and it was one of THE BEST cakes I've ever had, vegan or otherwise, hands down! I should've ordered a bigger cake or an extra one just for me to eat solo with a spoon. 😄

I ordered a cake from Carlito's back in December, and it was awesome! It was flavorful and soft, the right cake-to-icing ratio, and the French macarons were a nice touch!

Rebecca was my primary contact at Carlito's. She made sure all of the details were just right and even helped me get the cake delivered to a restaurant for a surprise dinner.

The least she could have done was make a phone call to notify her customer that she was running late. She did not care that her delay caused an inconvenience. A professional business would have offered a discount/extra treats or at least be genuinely sorry. She DGAF. Packaging is trash as well!! Do better!!
