The drive through is not good anymore. This was the second time I have experienced this specific situation within the last two weeks. As I place my order through drive thru, the server repeats each item to me after I request it, individually that is. Not at the end of my order. Great right!? You'd expect that when you reach the location to pay and pick up the food it would be right, right? NO! So I asked for a chocolate milk, they tried to give me regular, the roll their eyes at me when I correct it. Then I was waiting for the donut I ordered, two people tell me, you didn't order a donut. I said I did. The lady responds, you weren't rung up for one. I ask, well can I have one? Again the attitude for a mistake they again made. To find out the actual person who placed my order, steps in and says, yes I did ring her up for one. I ask for my receipt at this point when I got my card back (because last time they didn't give me one and said they couldn't because the "new" system) and guess what? I was charged for the donut. I will drive the extra mile in the opposite direct to Starbucks now, thank you. You have lost all my faith in your ability to provide customer service with the rolling eyes and attitudes for the second time. Wonder how many people get ripped off? Read moreWent through the drive thru at 8am this morning! Got some food & tried to get a few brownie batter donuts for my wife but was told they didn’t have any. Okay no problem, they sell out fast, so i went on my way until I hear from my sister she went to the same dunkin an hour after me and got brownie batter donuts. Confusing, but okay maybe they made more. So I decided to do a mobile order for 6 donuts and then head down to pick them up and the same lady i spoke with in the drive thru in the morning is in the front and when i ask for my mobile order says they don’t have any brownie batter donuts, as i am starting directly at them in the donut case behind her. I pointed them out to her and then a he was rude and had an attitude about how she was “supposed to get a slip for a mobile order and didn’t” as if that was somehow my fault something in the store wasn’t working correctly. Showed her my receipt and did end up getting my donuts, but it was such a really weird experience. Should’ve gotten her name but i was just so in shock of the blatant lying and possible hoarding of brownie...
Read moreThis location can go either way with good service or bad service. Sunday is when the service seems to stink the worst. One Sunday at 4 o’clock I ordered a bagel at the drive-through and was told there were no bagels but when I got to the window to pick up my drink someone was carrying around an entire garbage bag filled with bagels. Since they did not close for several more hours it seemed a little early to be throwing all the food away. This Sunday I went to the drive-through and they had very few of their cold drinks available and when I went to the window to pay for what I did order the cashier was rude as she snapped my card out of my hand and then shoved it back into my hand when she was done ringing up the order. Next she then handed me my beverage and turned away immediately and strode off and didn’t even acknowledge my thank you or say thank you herself.
