Hardee’s — Restaurant in Manchester

I love the morning crew and Food quality. I refuse to eat here after four pm due to slow service, sloppily made food and a recent disturbing incident with cross contaminated food. I was given a chicken sandwich with the bottom bun littered with hamburger bits, onion bits and in several places the bun was soggy not from the chicken but from Burger grease evidenced by hamburger nibbles within the soggy grease areas. My husband's fish sandwiches both were littered with cross contamination as well. Tiny Old hard cheese and onion bits were on the bottom of his buns as well. There was absolutely no tarter sauce on either sandwiches. I went back in the next morning and spoke to the manager who refunded my money after viewing the food herself. She stated she was going to speak to the evening shift and remind them to wipe the sandwich board. Sloppily made food is one thing but when I am served food with cross contamination issues I say that is a management issue not a cook issue. Hope they correct...

went to this Hardee's tonight. I got 2 burgers and 2 onion rings. the burgers were fine. but look at the amount of onion rings $2(each) will get you. are they afraid they might give you some? looks like Arby's is the only place left in Manchester to get a decent meal and they are hit or miss at best. one more thing,,,, they have a new girl working at this store, i'm not sure if she a manager or shift leader or what ever(she was wearing a BLACK shirt, while others wore grayish striped shirts) but anyways she was not very customer friendly,,,nor was she co-worker friendly. I did NOT care for her at all. very RUDE person. did a lot of pointing instead of asking co-workers to do something. never said 1 word to me or my girlfriend the entire time we were there, and she was the one who handed us the food. in the fast food business, people skills is a big...

Nope. Never again. We eat at fast food places on the road (dog in back seat) all of the time, and each chain has signature menu items that put them on the map. We have been driving the Chicago to Atlanta route for over 30 years, and these were the poorest burgers we have had, at any Hardee’s or other fast food stop. The meat tasted old and the coke tasted awful- watered down, no carbonation. There’s more, but two burgers and a coke- how hard can that be? (Should have gone with the cute drive in across the road.)
