I never, ever write reviews. I have had it with this location! Don’t go there if a manager isn’t on shift. Don’t go there if you work 2nd shift and want a McCafe item. EVERYTIME there is a certain employee working if you want a Frappe or a frozen drink item an hour or two before closing you are told: “don’t make them anymore” “machine is broke” “we are out of caramel and chocolate” this one is my favorite “we are out of the base to make it” hmmm.. really? Because the base is coffee!!! McDonald’s doesn’t have coffee? If it’s on the menu it should be made. I understand things happen. I get that. When it happens every Friday, when it happens an hour before close, you realize nope, it’s the staff. They want to leave. McDonald’s if your open til 12 or 11 then your menu should reflect what you have. It’s so very frustrating that you go there and told no sorry. Then have to drive to another one out of your way. I go to this location because it’s closest to home and work. I have spoke to management was told “I will talk to them” well guess what, it didn’t work. Also, if you don’t like cussing or yelling don’t go here. They complain about customers, the line, they swear, they huff and puff. Listen, if they do not like their job maybe they should find one they do like. All that stress can’t be good for their health. I just want my after work drink. I spend a lot of money at McDonald's. This is my last straw. I am a consumer. I am a customer. I’m usually very nice and understanding. This is absolutely ridiculous and the way they talk makes the people around them uncomfortable. They are lucky I don’t have young kids and talking complaining like that. So, yea if you love meeting a disgruntled employee, if you love being lied too, if you love hearing major attitude over the speaker, if you love wasting time and gas then this is the McDonald’s for you!!! Read moreWe went through the drive-thru on the 5/5/24 put our order in so we get to the window. The whole staff seemed like they had attitude first of all they took my card paid for the food. Did not give me the receipt then when I pull away and parked . Noticed the fry wasn’t in the bag, and I couldn’t proof my order cause they never gave me any receipt. then I said to them where is my ice cream the lady had an attitude she said The machine is not working I said why didn’t you guys tell me that at the window. she said the machine hasn’t been working my niece wanted a sprite instead, she gave me an attitude and the guy that was at the window also. So all three workers walk to the window don’t know for what reason because all I asked, was for one soda instead of the cone. then they all looked at us like we were crazy with an attitude, unprofessional unprofessional Also, I say if I need to pay for it, I’ll pay for it , she walked away from the window, my niece and my grandson went inside to get their small fries because they forgot it. They gave them an attitude inside the store.. they didn’t even dare to ask them for the barbecue sauce. My grandson walks in the car and said he didn’t to to ask because they all gave them attitude when they walked inside the store, I feel that they should have more class how to treat customers that management in that McDonald’s and their workers it’s horrible service...
Read moreBad experience it was a little after 9 pm we parked the car walked to front door to are surprise it was locked so then we got in the car and drove to the drive-thru window. we odered decaf coffee the person said there is none because they just cleaned the machine do you want anything else. yes ice cream. there is none We just cleaned the machine do you want anything else. no now we're stuck in line waiting to leave we got to the window and asked if they could do something for us because we sat in line for about 25 minutes the the cashier person said no so I asked to speak to the manager I could see her through the window the cashier person spoke to the manager I could see them talking to each the cashier person came back to the window without the manager didn't try to apologize and just said do you want to buy something else my wife said no the manager did not apologize during this ordeal but we could see her looking at us from a distance but never came over again to apologize for the inconvenience (wasted 35 minutes) we just left we are very disappointed in McDonald's our family has been going to this McDonald's for over 20 years I never had this type...
