Busy Saturday afternoon, probably four or five folks waiting in line around 2:00 when I came in. Young lady in the Saint A’s sweater was working by herself to get orders out.
Yes, there was a wait. Yes, they should staff more employees on Saturdays. No, I wasn’t angry or dissatisfied with the service I received.
I didn’t catch her name, but I sincerely commend the young lady behind the counter. There were more than a few rude people in line making nasty comments under their breath. It was unnecessary.
Clearly she was trying her best. Clearly she was stressed out by her situation.
But god damn did my tea taste great and was I happy to have gone in today.
Nourished management, you should throw another staff member or two on the Saturday rotation if you can. I know it’s hard, I ran my own business for a few years. But if you can’t appropriately staff a Saturday, then consider not opening for your employee’s sake.
