Busy Saturday afternoon, probably four or five folks waiting in line around 2:00 when I came in. Young lady in the Saint A’s sweater was working by herself to get orders out.

Yes, there was a wait. Yes, they should staff more employees on Saturdays. No, I wasn’t angry or dissatisfied with the service I received.

I didn’t catch her name, but I sincerely commend the young lady behind the counter. There were more than a few rude people in line making nasty comments under their breath. It was unnecessary.

Clearly she was trying her best. Clearly she was stressed out by her situation.

But god damn did my tea taste great and was I happy to have gone in today.

Nourished management, you should throw another staff member or two on the Saturday rotation if you can. I know it’s hard, I ran my own business for a few years. But if you can’t appropriately staff a Saturday, then consider not opening for your employee’s sake.

I'll start with the positives. Cute place with seasonal decorations, has a quaint little spot for kids to play, and the staff was kind. On the other hand, there was a long wait despite there not being a lot of customers for a Saturday. It appears everything is made from water, ice and various powders. $12 for blended ice and protein powder is absurd. The shake was okay. It tasted as artificial as it was, which is expected from powders and no fresh ingredients. I will not be returning - it is not...

editing to respond to owner I was in there yesterday. Got the blueberry coffee crumble shake which tasted like plastic. $12 for a shake with just water and Herbalife protein powder and no fresh ingredients? Seriously? There were two women working who didn’t say hello, thank you or goodbye. Was served by a red headed woman who was rude and unwelcoming. I wanted to leave to be honest, wasn’t worth the money and I was confused why we were treated so poorly.
