Everyone, please read the full review! I will be honest, this meal was absolutely terrible. It started with having to clean our own table. Even the salt shaker was sticky. I observed others also having to clean their own table and not once did anyone working there wipe a table. I only saw one person take away empty trays. The service was great until we had a problem with our meal. We had 3 meals and only 1 person ate their food. We spent over $100 When we asked for a refund, someone came to speak to us and was listening politely until another man came. He cut off the employee and we could tell he was angry with us. I totally understand not wanting to hear someone say they don’t like your food but the way he spoke to us was very insulting the moment he started speaking to us to say the least! When I explained what was wrong with the food, he said that they can’t give a refund every time someone doesn’t like their food. Obviously this happens quite often. He also said that every time they have a Turkish or Lebanese customer they have the same complaints (racist much???). The man was VERY RUDE. My husband also wrote a review and the man replied that they offered us new food, which they absolutely DID NOT. He also made a comment to my husband that our American friend (I am also American, by the way) ate his food. That is true, he ate most of it. That does not make it ok for someone to treat any customer, no matter what race they are the way he did. I regret I did not take a picture of all the food that was not eaten. If you could have seen that my husband and I only had a couple of bites of either meal, you would understand. If we had eaten even 1/8th of our food I could understand not giving a refund, but it was over $80...

Will recommend Will return when you walk in this place, this is order at counter to go or order at the counter and be seated and they will bring you your order. This is not a place where a waitress comes to your table to take your order. We are local to the area and I created a list of places that I would like to eat at and this was one of them. I had Mediterranean food once before and that was in North Carolina and this restaurant was way better. The food was hot. The food was fresh. The chicken, lamb beef and I know I’m forgetting one more but the four types of meat I had were very moist and very good. Very flavorful! proportions were great for a hungry lady after 8 1/2 hours of yardwork. I chose to do the spicy hummus and WARNING take WARNING that is very spicy. The pita bread was not stale. The staff was very friendly. I did say to them that I was willing to try anything they recommended. I was up for an adventure, and there was not much that I don’t like and that’s what she chose for me. The seating area was plenty. It was a little bit busy, which I was surprised to see. I just figured it wasn’t going to be that busy, but it was. It seemed very family oriented. It was not loud at all. It also seemed to be clean. The chair is on the other hand they could use an upgrade. They were comfortable, but you can definitely tell by the armrest that they are used. I thought the price was also very...

I love this place! I personally love Mediterranean food and it's so refreshing to find something even remotely "authentic" these days in Manchester.

Food review: I ordered a lamb plate with pita, rice and dolmades. The lamb was cooked to a perfect medium rare (as it should be) and the rice was flavorful. The dolmas here are always delicious warm OR cold! My partner ordered chicken shawarma over rice with spicy hummus and pita. The chicken was tender and juicy without being oily. The hummus had the perfect level of spice.

Service review: the gentleman who took our order was considerate and took extra steps to make sure we were getting the best deal for what we were ordering for lunch. He even threw in an extra stuffed grape leaf! He brought the food right out to us after personally cooking it and was genuinely kind the whole time.

Atmosphere review: it doesn't really feel too Mediterranean in terms of decor, but everything was clean more or less. The bathroom was clean which is a plus, especially for Manchester.

8/10.

No idea why people gave this place one star; we've been here a few times and have never had any issues with our order or service. Also, the owner's responses to some of the (clearly faked) one star reviews is a riot!
