The first thing I must say about Pasha is that the size of the place, its beautiful lighting, and the well-designed tables are astonishing, and from the moment you enter, you can sense the restaurant's quality. It's not my first time visiting, but this time was spectacular due to the service and the delicious food that caresses your soul. Upon finishing the meal, the feeling of well-being and satisfaction is enormous, even more so with the pleasant attention of Özgür, the friendly and charismatic waiter, who shared a bit of the history of this family business in the heart of Manchester. Just as their presentation on social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram says, Pasha offers an authentic taste of Turkey, transporting guests to the vibrant streets of Istanbul with every bite. First up were the appetizers. The traditional falafel, a mixture of chickpeas, parsley, onions, garlic, and chef's seasoning, with a crunchy texture that captivates the palate of even the most discerning diners, was a must. But the appetizer that took the cake was the Arnavut Ciger: tender liver calves floured and then deep-fried in a pan-fried with butter, all accompanied by a delicate onion, tomato, and parsley salad. Without a doubt, a culinary surprise that every food lover must try, always accompanied by exquisite crispy bread. Next came another classic of Middle Eastern cuisine: the Kebab. This time it was the Tavuk Shish, marinated cubes of chicken breast, well complemented by aromatic rice, with a portion of lettuce and tomato salad. The next surprise was the Shrimp scampi with linguine, a delicious dish of jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh garlic and parsley in a butter sauce. Not even the best Italian restaurants could match the deliciousness of this pasta. It certainly earns a 10. But the delicious menu is much more extensive. Pasha offers specialty dishes, salads, seafood, burgers, exquisite desserts, and hot and iced drinks, all with an exotic touch of Turkish flavor. This is a must-visit restaurant for visitors and residents of Manchester. Pasha's flavor will remain with you and become your favorite.

Pasha Turkish Cuisine, a new addition to the Halal dining scene, certainly makes a strong first impression. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a truly lovely ambiance. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a comfortable and enjoyable space for a meal. The decor is tastefully done, hinting at Turkish culture without being overwhelming, and the lighting sets a relaxing mood. The service was also a standout. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, readily offering recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. This level of hospitality significantly contributed to the positive overall experience. However, while the setting and service were commendable, the food, while not entirely disappointing, left a little to be desired in comparison to other Turkish restaurants I've visited. The appetizers were a mixed bag. The Azme was delightful – fresh, flavorful, and a promising start to the meal. The hummus was also quite good, with a smooth texture and well-balanced flavors. These initial bites raised my expectations for the main courses. Unfortunately, the main course, while generally good, had a slight undertone that detracted from the experience. There was a noticeable meat smell that lingered, and surprisingly, I even detected it subtly in the chicken dish I ordered. While the preparation itself seemed competent, this underlying aroma was a bit off-putting. Finally, the kunafa for dessert was a slight letdown. It appeared to be a little raw in the center, lacking the crispiness and gooey cheese that makes this traditional dessert so enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Pasha Turkish Cuisine was great due to the wonderful ambiance, inviting atmosphere, and excellent service. However, I feel there's room for improvement in the culinary execution.

If you're looking for a place that delivers not just outstanding food but an unforgettable atmosphere, look no further. From the moment you step inside, the interiors immediately set the tone — a perfect blend of elegance, warmth, and authentic cultural details that transport you to another place. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, with beautiful lighting, curated art pieces, and rich textures that create a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The food is truly exceptional — every dish bursts with authentic flavors and attention to detail that shows real pride in the kitchen. From appetizers to desserts, every bite felt like a celebration of tradition and passion. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, the seasoning was perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful without being pretentious. The service matched the experience too — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the meal special. It’s rare to find a spot where both the food and the interiors are equally impressive, but this place absolutely nails it. Highly recommend for anyone who wants not just a meal, but a memorable experience.

The good (great) and the bad (inconsequential). Went last night with another couple - both my wife and her friend are Armenian so all four of us, after 3+ decades of marriage are very familiar with middle eastern cuisine. To start, the bread is amazing. For apps we ordered the Mezze platter along with the grape leaves and zucchini pancakes. Regarding the platter, as we tasted each of the six items all you could hear was “OMG” or “this is incredible”. The plate was both plentiful and every “dip” was delicious. The grape leaves? Our female friend said it was good as her and my wife’s mom - I beg to differ - I thought they were 10 times better than my mother in laws and I loved my mother in law’s. The zucchini pancakes - to die for. We could have ended there given how much food we had, but being the gluttons that we are we went to our entrees. The other couple split a combo shish kabob platter which they absolutely loved, My wife had the lamb kabob which she loved and I ordered the Pida. The Pida comes in the shape of a canoe - and about the same size. Excellent. Dessert - I was at first devastated to see they were out of cheese cake draped in chocolate so I ordered the chocolate cake (a little drier than I like but it still was a 9 out of 10), my wife ordered the baklava and the other couple had a special dessert - sort of a milky cake with a caramel top. All excellent and they make everything at the restaurant. Service? Granted, it was a light night so the servers had plenty of time - but they were all amazing. Friendly, relaxed, almost like friends/family - and we noticed that is how they were with everyone. Loved it - and them. As the sun began to set, my wife was having to cover her eyes from it directly hitting her. The hostess noticed and immediately had the servers move us to another table - even though we were nearing the end of our meal.

The not so good? Location. One of the lesser quality strip malls in Manchester. However. Once through the doors you enter a very clean, understated, classy restaurant with a middle eastern vibe. Hopefully, this place will awaken both the landlord and other shop owners to up their game. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We’ve been to other great restaurants in the area including Cafe Aura, Burtons Market Grille and others - but the relaxed atmosphere and amazing food/service may have made this our new favorite. ...

My sister and I stopped in last week for a late lunch to try out this new restaurant. This place is OUTSTANDING and I have to admit, I was selfishly thinking of not posting this review as they will pack them in once word gets out !

First, the location is unassuming and you might easily just drive right by if you weren't planning to visit this restaurant. I must also mention that once you see their online menu like I did, you realize that the fact that this is a Turkish restaurant by name is misleading. They have an eclectic, diverse menu that includes a variety of dinner choices aside from traditional turkish, greek, or middle-eastern food.

Once we arrived and walked in, we were stunned at just how beautifully and tastefully decorated the restaurant is. They clearly took time and spared no expense to transform the interior of the existing space. We were amazed at how beautiful it was and were quickly greeted by friendly staff that brought us to our table.

Service staff was very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable about each of the menu items and they addressed all our questions.

As for the lunch, it was absolutely delicious. Quality of food, freshness of ingredients, and presentation were outstanding (we both ordered Lamb Kabobs). Portions were generous. Kudos to the kitchen staff, the owners, and the wait staff.

I can only compare the overall dining experience with some of the nicer upscale places I've enjoyed like Mortons when they were in Hartford - but at a far more reasonable price. I would describe it as "fine dining" at an extremely reasonable price. Its certainly a great option to take a date or significant other for a special birthday, anniversary, or other special event.

I will certainly be back to try out additional items on the menu. What a great addition to Manchester - we are so...
