People's Choice — Restaurant in Manchester

Honestly, my experience with people's choice has been abysmal at best. They have messed up so many orders to me personally that i will never order from them again. Too bad they're the only place that delivers to Bolton. 3 unique orders of Hot Hot wings have been delivered with no hot sauce. One pizza with enough hair in it that i was wondering if the guy shaved his beard over it. (no joke, i sent pictures to them wish i still had them to upload) A delivery guy forgot my soda and had the gall to tell me that its not his problem and that i should buy soda from one of the gas stations nearby if i wanted it. I wish i could have not tipped him for being an ignoramus. the manager took care of me in that one, but still. I've ordered 2 buffalo chicken pizzas recently and neither came with any sort of hotsauce on them. I've ordered quite a few BLTS from them and 50 percent of the time they come cut only halfway which requires me to rip them in half to eat. Don't order the bacon pizza. It has more grease on it than the container of grease you use on your car. I gave them another chance only to have them be consistent with messing up orders. My uncle ordered a piggly wiggly and every single bite you took was filled with onions. Honestly, almost every person i spoke to on the phone was very very rude and abrupt. I've been hung up on. I don't really know why i spent 30 bucks on food almost every time i ordered from them. I guess i can order from filomenas instead. Or i could just bike down to georginas. They...

I do like the food I've gotten, but I can't eat pizza or calzones so i have no idea what quality it is. My roommate likes the pizza. I've had their grinders and fries most often. I've loved it every time. We've also gotten wraps, which were usually very good, except once I ran into an issue that may have been my doing. On top of the delivery time, I had something come up and couldn't eat it immediately. The wrap itself was likely heated but in doing so it gets stiff once it cools down, and it started to get hard in spots. I'm not sure if it's my fault for letting it sit, and I don't recall if I asked for it warm, which would make it entirely my fault if I did. As a result of the wrap getting hard, it fell apart while I was eating, and dressing got messy, so I just deconstructed it and ate it on a plate. Food was still very yummy, and we've had that exact item many times before with no issue. For the price, I'd definitely say this...

I've been a customer for about six years and the combination of the last two experiences have pushed me over to never ordering from them again.

Last time I ordered, one of the pizzas wasn't prepared correctly. The GM explained that I would have a credit toward my account if I chose not to have a new one delivered. I opted for that. This time, my 'credit' was questioned because it wasn't noted correctly. Then, when the assistant GM mis-heard my order and provided a different pizza, I called back and was told that since 'I call back multiple times after each time ordering, I would have to be charged for the correct pizza.'

After being a patron for six years without incident, I'm beyond insulted from the more than implied insult that I call back just to complain every time. For only having two call back within my entire patronage history.

I am never going there again and recommend...
