I placed an order online and the driver called to confirm my address, when I gave him my address he was on the phone arguing with me for at least 8 minutes telling me that he was in front of my house (he was not) and did I know my address and that he would send me a photo of my house. While I was on the phone with Sorrento's canceling my order that's when he arrived. He left and came back to my house about 20 minutes later after having returned to Sorrento's. When I called to ask why he came back the woman that answered said that she did not know that he had returned to my house after having just left there. When I told her if he comes back again I will call the cops, her exact words were "it's not that serious" as she hung up the phone. It may not be serious to her, but it is to me because not only did she not know why he returned, but neither did I. I would like for her to put herself in my shoes and ask herself if "it's not that serious" if some stranger returned to her house like that. I went in the restaurant to order and I can just hear is is the owner screaming at the employees like if they were their own kids he was talking really nasty swearing he was pretty pissed off because she was on the phone for too long with a customer that couldn't make up his mind or their mind of what they wanted to order he assumed that she was talking to her boyfriend claiming she was on the phone for 7 minutes but still that's no way to talk to an employee especially in front of customers talking about it's my f---ing store .okay ! Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I ordered through their website on a 3rd party provider called slice. I ordered 3 items. The first one was not delivered, the other 2 were made incorrectly. When I called Sorrentos, they told me that I should do my part and call Slice because they were busy. They said I shouldn't order online through slice. Then why offer the service? This is not the first time I have had my order messed up. I miss the old owners who knew how to take orders correctly and treat loyal customers. Needless to say I finally got a hold of slice to be told that I would be given 50% credit on one item. So I'm supposed to pay 100% for an item not delivered, 100% for an item made incorrectly, and 50% for the last item made incorrectly as well.
