0* If possible I’d give ZERO. Many years, great food, service, delivery. Past 2 years, food has declined, service is NON-EXISTENT, and we haven’t bothered with delivery since ordering food, waiting 2 hours with multiple calls leading to voicemail and food being “delivered” over an hour after closing, and after both myself and gf have fallen asleep. I called and apologized for that incident as I was still onboard. Since then, we have waited in “que” on the phone line for 10+ callers to be hung up on. We have had food a couple times with noticeably less portion than before, or just the random pieces of chicken at the bottom of fryer. Tonight, most recent my girlfriend recieved maybe 4/5 pieces of chicken, no sauce for her meal, and also found a sharp bone in a piece of her chicken TENDER. Place has deteriorated, become trash, as the people running the establishment. I can no longer believe this is all random and I would 10/10 recommend going elsewhere. I have never written a review, they say people only write when they have a bad experience, for me that’s true. But that’s how much this place doesn’t deserve your money. i been going here for a while but the phone is getting ridiculous. put you on hold for long periods of time and then i finally rings and no one picks up. food is decent not great but these long hold times for like 10 mins and then they dont answer. I once left the phone by my PC and forgot i was one hold because there was 9 callers in front of me says the machine. 36 mins later still on hold.i called back and had to wait another 15 mins to get someone to pickup. The driver told me sometimes it gets busy and they dont answer the phone. so you need a lot of time to order from here. never experienced anything like this at any place this bad at taking a order. its a shame cause there close cheap and decent but my time is worth more than it takes to weight. not to mention sometimes delivery takes well over a hour. websites says free delivery but they also charge me 1 dollar for delivery. sometimes its fast. I'm done with this place wasting my time. i dont mind being on hold but the hit or miss if they answer when it finally rings is not for me. no shortage of places to eat here in Manchester. "You say that" That is all the arrogant jerk on the phone could say. Due to lack of consistency there was an issue with food. Oh well, Souvlakis doesnt care. 2 previous times I had ordered a salad w/tuna. The tuna came plain on a garden salad. Now all of a sudden today the tuna has diced peppers, celery and onions. I call to ask whats up, (peppers are gross and I'd of ABSOLUTELY noticed them the previous times). Id never would have odered this more than once if there was actual peppers in it. The worker on the phone says my boss probably wont do anything. I ask do I bring you the food? Boss gets on the phone says they ALWAYS put diced peppers, onions and celery in the tuna. I just didn't notice it because they were diced small. (What? How arrogant do you have to be?) I explain no, it has never came w/that in the past, always plain, i dont like peppers.
