Worst experience of my life. Went here on my daughter's birthday to celebrate and dine in. promptly after being seated we ordered three spaghetti dinners, 45 minutes later I look around we have no food and families that came in after us were now eating their food. I go up to the server and I asked him why haven't we received our food. Sitting over in the corner on the dirty counter next to dirty dishes was our food. He tried to give it to me I asked him how long it been sitting out he told me he did not know. I told him that I did not want the food and that it was ridiculous and poor customer service. Before leaving the restaurant I talked to someone who claimed to be a manager but was no more older than my nine-year-old daughter. I explained to her that we have been sitting there for 45 minutes and have yet to receive our food but everyone around us had received their food. When I pointed out the fact that we were the only African-American family sitting in this establishment that was Pizza Hut . And that it was skeptical that we were the only ones that were not served at a timely manner. Everyone begin to say OH NO MISS that has nothing to do with it, when evidently it did!! So here's the thing it either had to do with the fact that I was a BLACK woman with two multiracial children sitting in a predominantly white town in the middle of New Hampshire. Or you're just lazy and incompetent and have extremely poor poor taste in employees and customer service?! I will never ever eat at Pizza Hut again in my life and I will encourage everyone on my Instagram, Twitter and Facebook page to boycott Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut as an establishment should be embarrassed that this location carries their name. As I sit here in the parking lot typing this review. Your employees are standing outside the ONLY entrance door vaping and smoking.. You're right its not a RACE thing. You're just tacky and incompetent...

Our server was a 17 year old boy, but acted 12; he was not the slightest bit personable, and loudly insulted us to his trainee (who was also rude) while walking away twice. He made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. I have never had such an awful server. I can only hope this young man learns the social grace necessary to succeed in this world, because I was quite embarrassed for him. Every time he tried to talk with us the interaction became rude, uncomfortable, and dragged on. The breadsticks came out with no plates, I had to go get plates from the salad bar. Dishwasher was broken so we were served in paper cups, and the drinks took ten minutes to come despite us being one of only two tables seated in the restaurant. The only pleasant employee was the young man who sat us and who they had mopping the floors, make HIM a server and fire the other guy. The only reason I gave two stars was because the food came out in a timely manner and the pizza was good.
Also- a little side note: our server was called “sir” by one of the gentlemen at our table and he said “DO NOT call me sir!” And then he said “I called a woman mam the other day to make her angry because she was yelling at me.” - I would not be surprised if this woman he mentioned was the African American woman in the reviews who received bad service as well... and to the girl saying “don’t pull the race card” shame on you,...
Read moreSo I ordered a pizza and a fry last night from Pizza Hut this Pizza Hut in particular on Maple Street, and I spoke with a girl named McKenzie who claims she’s the manager. When I made the order I asked for a deep-dish pizza with garlic butter crust, extra pepperoni, black olives on the whole thing, and jalapeños on half. I noticed that the last time I ordered Pizza Hut from them the order of fries was extremely stingy, my three-year-old could’ve eaten them all by herself and still would’ve been hungry. So I called last night and let them know as soon as I got my order that there is barely any fries in there and I ordered, and I had paid extra for them (paid for 3 orders of fries, but wante them all in one container) to put triple the amount of fries in my order in which it never happened. I called back just now to try and have them fix the order and they were extremely rude didn’t really seem to want to give her name or her managers name so now what am I supposed to do? She claims she doesn’t know when the manager is going to be in next but I think that’s a complete lie just like how she said she was going to send me a thing of fries last night and they never came and then today she claims that she never said that.
