If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by SubZero Nitrogen Ice Cream—it’s not just dessert, it’s an experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made this visit special was the gentleman behind the counter. A sweet, middle-aged man with a kind smile and infectious enthusiasm, he didn’t just make ice cream, he created a moment to remember. He took the time to ask about my flavor preferences, walked me through the nitrogen process with genuine excitement, and crafted a cup of creamy perfection with so much care it felt like a small act of art.
The texture of the ice cream was incredibly smooth, the flavor rich and satisfying, and watching it being made fresh right in front of me was half the fun. But what really stood out was the human touch—this wasn’t just customer service, it was hospitality at its finest.
Thank you for the delicious treat and the lovely memory. I’ll absolutely be back, and next time, I’m...
Read moreI had arrive to this place to try it out and all went well until I noticed the person that assisted me touching his face, the counter, the earbud and clothes. He then touched the waffle cones, broke them up and placed into container for my ice cream and then wiped his hands on pants/shirt. An assistant came to help and never washed her hands from what she was previously doing nor wore gloves and continued to finish making the ice cream. They both grabbed a spoon out of dirty water from previous preparations of the ice cream and then returned it once done folding over the ice cream and finished the product. I was discussed on the cross contamination, lack of awareness that hand washing or glove wearing are a critical part of handling peoples foot. They even touched the terminal and handled money after touching/preparing my food. Please fix this behavior and be mindful of the importance in hand washing to avoid illness. I...
Read moreVery disappointed in this place. The lack of acknowledgement and comprehension of the employees were ridiculous. I literately had to ask if I can place an order after standing in line over 15mins. My son ordered a mango bubble tea and it tasted rancid. My husband ordered the chocolate dipped waffle bowl with the strawberry icecream who had topping in it like chocolate chips and m&ms which they had a picture of as advertising. He got nothing but the waffle bowl and strawberry ice cream, we had to ask for the toppings. I ordered an Açaí tropical bowl regular sized. I got a small size with 4 pieces of mangoes 4 strawberries from the packaged sauce one, sprinkles of honey and a few granola clumps. For almost $9! And since I’m not exaggerating here’s a picture of the açaí bowl I got. It wasn’t a BOWL it was a CUP! As you can see, it didn’t even make...
