This Wendy's location has gone down hill. The employees are never out front ready to greet customers and take orders. This trip there were four people working. I was the inly customer at this point, and there were no drive through customers. Every single one of them came out from the back and said someone will be right with you. Fifteen minutes later someone finally took my order. When I tookcmy cup to the soda machine, the soda machine was out of Coke, so I waited another fifteen minutes for someone to get me Coke from the machine behind the counter. This time I encountered two of the four employees before they helped me with my drink. Another fifteen minutes after that my food arrived. When I asked for hot sauce you would have thought I asked the person to jump off a bridge. They begrudgingly handed me two hot sauces. I turned around to get ketchup from the condiment counter. The ketchup was obviously very old and needed to be changed. When I turned around to see if I could get help with ketchup, all the employees were in the back again and unavailable. So I just gave up on that one. I walked to a table and sat down to eat only to find that my order was wrong. At this point I was done trying to speak with anyone. Read moreRacist staff. My family went inside to order. The register worker asked us to go through the drive through because they were short staffed. I agreed to doing so. I then asked if it mattered that we were getting it to-go and she said please go through the drive through and she would gift 4 frostys for my family. We went through the drive thru, it took 25 minutes. The order we received was incorrect. They asked us to pull up to re-do our order. They brought the food out 10 minutes later and it was still missing an item. I then went back inside the store to let them know and saw there was a family of 6 being serviced INSIDE. I notified the employee my order was still missing an item and asked why they were now taking orders INSIDE when we were asked to go through thr drive-thru which took in total an additional 35 minutes. The employee became flustered and angry she packed by bag and threw it on the counter. At this point I am livid. BTW we never received those frostys either. Steer clear of this unprofessional, rude, and disgusting location. Thankfully we are only passing through and will NEVER have to visit this location again. $46 bill...
Read moreWe were passing through on travel and got there right at the peak of lunch rush, and it was obvious they were swamped. Tables and the drink counter weren’t wiped, and there was a huge spill on the floor at the drink station. The ketchup was out, and one trashcan was full to the brim. The women’s bathroom was a mess, running low on toilet paper, and out of paper towels. The men’s restroom was reportedly not much better. And we waited a long time to order, as the drive-thru was backed up and staff seemed to be prioritizing those customers over the dine-in customers — no one was at the front register for at least 10 minutes, though a few food orders went out to the dining room during that time. Three customers left without ordering while we waited. The food did come quickly once we’d ordered, and the cashier apologized for our wait multiple times.
