Absolutely the Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had

I had the misfortune of dealing with Mike (the general manager), along with Jeffrey and Tony. Every time I’ve called, I’ve been met with unprofessionalism—most notably being hung up on, cursed at, and even threatened with violence if I came back to the store. Yes, threatened.

At the time of writing this, they’re sitting at a 2.8-star rating on Google, and I truly wish I had looked that up before spending over $130 there. Not only was half our order missing, but the food we did receive was cold, the fries were soggy, and we didn’t get any of the sauces we requested—including ranch.

When I called to report the issue, Jeffrey told me they would refund the order if we came back up. We accepted and made the drive—only to be told by Mike that Jeffrey wasn’t authorized to make that offer because he was “new.” I explained that their internal communication wasn’t my problem, and that we came back based on the offer their own employee gave us. Still, they refused the refund.

The kicker? The location has only been open for less than two weeks, so technically everyone there is “new.” Based on how things are being run, I’d be shocked if this place stays in business much longer.

So since this place has opened up we have ordered from here every weekend. I was never a big Wing fan until I started trying all the different flavors. You can never go wrong with the original or even the mild for me. Having lived in North Carolina the Hickory Barbecue is absolutely amazing! Just like on the grill. Totally worth it to pay the extra $2 for just drummies or just Flats if that is your thing. I wouldn't mess with the fries just because any place can have french fries try the corn with the Cajun seasoning . That's going to be just about as hot as anything else you'll eat so sometimes I like to go light on the seasoning which is another wonderful thing you can adjust the amount of seasoning on most items . And don't forget to add the most ooey gooey delicious dark chocolate brownie for a little treat. Besides that delivery is always super fast around 20 to 30 minutes tops and never been disappointed. Only one time did they mess up the order but they made it right. Try it at least once, the 20 wings for $20 is worth it and pick your three favorite flavors or mix and match and find one and I guarantee you...

Temu Wingstop. Go to Gravois Bluffs - employees almost got in a fist fight in front us at that location, and we'd still prefer it.

Put in an order for pick-up the next day - we get there today and they don't have the food. Not even a record of the order that we paid for, and then proceeded to blame us (ordered for the wrong date/place/etc. - all of which was refuted by the email confirmation we had).

We should've just cancelled and moved on, but we had them remake the order and we came back to pick it up. The manager made up some excuse about a technical glitch (it wasn't a glitch-they saw the order yesterday and just mishandled things, probably just threw the ticket away and pretended it was made).

We were an hour late to Easter, and didn't even get a half-hearted apology. I asked "is that it?" and the manager says he has no way to refund any amount of money, no coupons, nothing. Just a finger in my eye.
