Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mandan

I have ordered from this place 3 times. The first time, I sent someone to pick up the order for me and after 20 minutes of waiting, he was told they hadn't even started making it yet (even though the pickup time was slightly before he arrived). They comped me the pizza, but my three kids were pretty hangry by the time we got our pizza, an hour later than we had planned. The second time, they brought us thin crust instead of hand tossed. They brought us the new pizza with no extra charge and a 2 liter of soda, but by this time, I was a little annoyed. This last time, I ordered my pizza at 4:45 pm. At 5:05, according to the tracker, the delivery person was on her way. At 5:45, I called to make sure the order was received and on the way. It was a snowy day, so I thought maybe the roads were bad. They told me that the driver had left and should be there "any time, within the next few minutes." At 6:05, I called again. They said it would be about 15 minutes. Exasperated, with a VERY hungry 10, 7, and 5 year old, I ordered from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut told me it would be about 45 minutes. They arrived 22 minutes later with our order, and 10 minutes after that (at 6:40pm), Dominos finally arrived with our pizza order. It was almost TWO hours; they said they were "busy" and the "roads were bad", yet another pizza place, in the same town, were able to get my pizza here within 30 minutes. I am finally done ordering from them. Hopefully, they can get their ordering system to a point where they can get an order ready and out in a timely manner. I'm very patient and my patience...

IF I COULD GIVE THIS SPECIFIC STORE A NEGATIVE 10 STAR REVIEW I WOULD! "ANGELA" Hung up on me for trying to double check my order, I do this because I am A TBI patient from wounds substained during operation Iraqi freedom as an infantrman. She tried to use her position of authirty to Permanently blackball me from having food delivered, I asked if I could come pick up the food, in which she told me the police would be called if I tried to pick my order up?!?!? LOL What in the absolute heck?. As a US Army SGT. I was completely baffled by her use of authority and customer service. it was truly disgusting and one of the worst experiences I've ever had at domino's. With that being said they're are a lot of good employees at domino's.... just not this store. Just check the reviews on what store is better because I will definitely be giving a shout out to the woman who helped me by sorting all of this complete and absolute ignorance out. Angela seemed to poke fun at my disabilities, and when that happens to a Combat infantry vet...it is seriously one of the most hurtful things you could do. I just can't help but think that I most likely spent more time overseas in Iraq in high stress combat then she has worked at domino's. Because I truly talked to a Different woman who knows exactly her job, and was a very nice person and was able to get the job done without hanging up on a perfectly good customer....

I never write reviews but I feel I must this time. I ordered a small order this afternoon and the wait was almost an hour. Also they forgot my soda. Sounds like a bad review right. However they did inform me my wait time would be at least 30 to 45 mins,so that was expected. The reason that I'm giving this a 5 star review is the driver. I specifically add not to use my front door and instead use a side door. Guess how many times that instruction is followed, spoiler alert....like maybe 2 out of 10 times. And again this time the driver ran it up to my front door. However when she got back to her car she realized she made a mistake and jogged back up and then down and then back up the side of my house and then back down. For perspective, I live on the side of a large hill so she jogged the equivalent of 4 flights of stairs. Clearly they were busy and rushed, but she still took the time to correct her minor mistake. Oftentimes it is in chaos and stress that true work ethic shines through not the slow time. Kassandra from the Mandan store, you did an excellent job. I dont even care about the missing soda.
