Reginelli's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mandeville

I've gone to the Reginelli's in Harahan for years....many times....twice a week....never had their pizza....but had and enjoyed their sandwiches the entire time. Went to the Reginelli's in Mandeville last night....and was throughly and completely disappointed. I've eaten pizza all over the United States....from NYC to LA....and never had pizza this bad....They are definitely proud of their pizza dough, as the first pizza had to be sent back, due to lack of anything other than crust.....in an earlier review....I saw mention of top quality ingredents....making the pizza's worth their price. I have no issue spending money on a good product....however....the quality of one's ingredients doesn't matter....if there are such a small amount of ingredients on each pizza. I attached a few photos, to show the lack of toppings on our pizzas....and keep in mind, the FIRST attempt at the large half Margherita 1/2 Pepperoni, Green Peppers and White Onions was sent back, as it was 3/4, nothing but crust, including the lack of pizza sauce. The service was fine, had no issue with that. We also ordered a large Gumbo Pizza....could have been a great pizza, however, one shimp and one small piece of andouille per slice, does not make for a good pizza.....At least from my viewpoint.....especially when I paid $65.16 plus tip....for 2 pizza's, 2 tea's 1 coke and a small bowl of Naked Hummas....pretty...

Incredible food and amazing service!! While driving through Louisiana on our way home to Mississippi, we randomly popped into Reginelli’s Pizzeria and boy are we so glad we did!! What a treat!! You can tell this place takes pride in the high quality ingredients and flavors as well as top notch service. We ordered the crawfish pizza, Uptowner Sandwich, Detroit Pizza (pepperoni & sausage), Pesto tortellini and finished it off with delicious bread pudding! Ooommggg every single thing we ordered was DELICIOUS!! 🤤 Our server was Hailee and she was wonderful!!! She was so helpful in giving us tips and suggestions and was perfectly personable. ☺️ The manager was super sweet too and even came over to ask if everything tasted ok. I love going to places where you can tell they genuinely care about the customers. It could not have been a better experience and we will definitely be back!!! We tried Reginelli's today for the 1st time. We tried the BBQ shrimp pizza but it wasn't our taste. The waitress picked up on our expressions obviously and had the manager come to our table. He offered to make us another pizza even though I told him it was my fault for ordering the pizza and not bringing my readers . He insisted and they made us a new individual pizza of our choice. Both he and the waitress, Michelle, were so understanding and accommodating that I had to give them this review. The restaurant is convenient, clean, 2 tvs playing cute animal shows and the food displays looked very appetizing. We enjoyed the Muffelatta and the mini meat lovers pizza very much but the professionalism of staff was by far the best of our experience.
