Starbucks — Restaurant in Mandeville

So annoying, waiting in line 20 mins and a gal gets out of her car and parks in the drive through line and has a conversation with the car directly behind her and then goes inside. I seen this taking place, but wasnt really sure what was happening. Just figured Id mind my business and wait the line, because I had kiddos napping anyways and wasnt in a big hurry. After about 10 more mins I realized the gal that parked was a worker and had left a not on her car blocking the driveway saying we are closed. Why in the world wouldnt she just let everyone in line know? There were only a few cars. Also it was only 5 pm and the store closes at 8. What a waist of my time. This was very disrespectful and the note isnt even taped on securely, I just happened to see something flapping the the wind before I realized what was happening. Okay, so I want to start off by saying that Ms. V. Is A.m.a.z.i.n.g ! She knows her stuff:) And, yes, with the other Starbucks location in Covington, it is temporarily closed due to remodeling, which we would normally go to . We drive the distance to come here. What can we say? we love their coffee ! We are Starbucks # fans for life:) we've tried Pj, Giddyup, nothing compares... 2 our Starbucks:) also, for her to call your name and look at you and know who you are in the coffee shop and their all-over attitudes is amazing. And for all of the negative reviews on here, I don't see it, please. Experience for yourself. Yes, they are taking on their location and another from being temporarily closed . But, I think they do amazing 👏 great job, Starbucks of Mandeville. Keep up the great work! Oh, see you soon . Wink...

July 2025 update! Consistently wonderful service for about a year now and the drinks are well made a d super delicious again! Witnessed actual training in action, it's really great that this location has resumed its superior quality and service

December 2023 review: Ordering here is such a struggle lately. Baristas don't know the menu and genuinely seem confused about drinks When I ask for milk type substitutions I get a lot of push back to order exactly how it is on the menu, so no substituting milk types. Most recently I was given the wrong size when I ordered. I'm just avoiding this location except when doing mobile orders...
