Ercole's — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

Ercoles hasn't changed mush since the last time I was there and that was many years ago. What do I love the most after the amazing bartenders? (Seriously say hi to Barnes for me) the fact that you can get a burger 🍔 or a hot 🌭 dog OFF A REAL GRILL. Some places will nuke a dog or sell them boiled. Not Ercoles and did I say 5 DOLLARS. take that crypto. Anyway drinks offered: FULL BAR not just beer and wine. Try the beef hot dog with everything. I tried the Louisiana Sausage and it was so good too. You can sit outside. We sat at the bar. Honestly it felt weird since it was my first time in a bar since Feb 2020. But people watching is better than a Netflix binge here. Mix of ages so everyone would be welcome. PARKING in Manhattan Beach is a nightmare so UBER or Lyft or ask your dad to drive you. Good times were being had. Tip your servers and bartenders well. Remember many of them have only just started working again. So double it up or even triple. Feel like you're back in the world B.C. Bustling dive bar in Manhattan Beach that’s located right next to Manhattan Beach Meats. Came here with a couple of friends on a Tuesday night around 6pm and the place was busy. Indoor dining only, no outdoor options available. Metered street parking is available. Credit cards are accepted but there’s a slight discount if you pay with cash. You order at the bar (no table service available).

On Tuesdays, they have taco Tuesday where you can get 3 tacos for $8. You can get beef, chicken, or veggies and the tacos come with a side of salsa and sour cream. Easily one if the best Hamburgers I've had in a long time. Wife agrees. If only we lived closer. Read that the meat comes from the store next door. Definitely fresh and juicy, and you'll need extra napkins. Appreciate that they cut them in half. Didn't consume mass amounts of alcohol, so I can't comment on their variety of drinks. Definitely a local bar. We were able to find seats after dinnertime. In some ways it's good that they don't have a lot of side dishes, so you won't get filled up on fries or appetizers.
