Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

The worst. I went the other day and got a kids meal( turkey burger) I went back yesterday and ordered the ssne thing and was told I couldn't order it because they don't make kids burgers in turkey although I was there the other day and got one. Yhe guy went outside to ask someone sitting in the car. I guess a supervisor and I was told they couldn't make it in turkey. I would have to get a regular sized burger. Everyone doesn't eat beef or want a gigantic burger Idiot!! I will Never return to this fatburger or any other. I always have this issue with this chain .. All thumbs down customer service is...

Pay very close attention if ordering to go and ask for a receipt. They initially gave me half my order and questioned me about the rest of my order which I had to show my receipt before they continued to fulfill it. My order came to just under $40 for two burgers, two fries, two drinks, and one order of onion rings. For such an expensive order for basic food, I couldn't believe they asked me to prove my order when I was the only person in the stupid place to begin with. I love the Redondo Beach location, but will probably never go back to their Manhattan Beach...

July 15, 2024 my son and I went up there to Fatburger and Manhattan Beach for some homemade shakes. That were the best thick creamy wonderful I most definitely make you happy with big chunk of Oreos in it and vanilla shake is the best as well the atmosphere was nice The restaurant was squeaky clean. The customer service was awesome. Recommended between the food and the shakes the best.♥️♥️♥️ A great place just to spend time with your kids, enjoying the food and the shakes.
