McDonald's — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

Well I must say this was the employee that handled all 3 of my orders I’m not sure what substance she was under as she read the first order that they made wrong and gave me no napkins. Second order she came up called me then walked to the back with my order to then apologize as she was chatting away on her phone and laughing with another employee mind you they were not busy no one was in the drive thru they had only 1 online order being prepared and as you can see they only had one order on there entire screens and were very well staffed compared to the majority of McDonald’s I visit on a regular. Mind you all of this I could totally handle until my 3rd order was left there she was wiping her snot when I came over I then watched her pick her nose and eat the snot right off her bare hands she was handling our food with which made my stomach literally turn so hard that’s disgusting 🤮 not cool at all go to the bathroom clean your hands your handling peoples food as a waitress of over 11 years I normally don’t like to even get involved in leaving a negative review as it can be potentially damaging to the employee but in this case there’s a major health violation concern that should be addressed...

Went to the counter. I was the only one there. There was 1 staff at window, 1-2 prepping food in back, 1 in front a manager in front. No one acknowledged me standing at the counter for an unusually long time. No one was standing around, they were doing things. However they continued to ignore me. Finally the manager came up to the counter in the bag packing area and I asked: are you going to acknowledge that I am standing here or would you prefer I leave? His reply was we are all busy, I said I completely understand and do not expect you to stop what you are doing. However you are completely ignoring me even though we were practically face to face, you could simply aknowledge a customer standing at your counter wit a simple hi, we, will be right with you. Instead he kept arguing and just said well are you going to order something because you are holding up the line. I lost my appetite and didn't care to stay and put up with such rudeness and disrespect and walked out. I work in the food industry. I understand being busy and doing several things at one time. BUT rudeness is intolerable and unacceptable. ESPECIALLY FROM A MANAGER THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SET AN EXAMPLE FOR HIS...

Everyone at this McDonald’s deserves all the praise. After living directly next to this McDonald’s for a year- I have never seen a staff so meticulously clean and take care of every inch of their space so diligently both inside and out. I’ve seen a lot of weird stuff coming through the parking lot and the staff takes care of it all right away. Whoever manages the cleanliness of the parking lot deserves all the raises because he is out there ALL the time cleaning up after other people- even coming over to our townhome area to pick up trash if it seems related to the McDonald’s. I’ve ate inside twice and the experience was the same- attention to detail, fast, can recognize my hands are full with two toddlers and help where they can, you don’t get that type of self-starter/motivated going above and beyond employee at every dining...
