Panda Express — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

We had just landed at LAX and we are from that area but we have not been there since 2018 and we wanted to eat and I saw there was only like a couple miles from LAX. It was 1045 in the morning we are so pleased with the food we dined, and it was fresh fried rice was wonderful. The chicken teriyaki breasts were unbelievable and the other things that we got, so I just wanted to tell you thank you we’re here and we live here in Florida. We went to a panda express on US 27 and the food was terrible. We measure all panda express by your standards and it doesn’t stand up thank you. I hope that we can come back and get the food will be just as good. Wonderful great place to be when we came in the morning. They were so many people coming in especially workers and the food you give a lot and that’s awesome. Keep up the great work. Today 10/30/23 we came to a panda express in Winterhaven Florida, and have been to many other pandas express in Orlando in other areas. It does not compare to the panda express in Manhattan Beach. That’s the standard and all these other ones are substandard chicken teriyaki they don’t even give you the correct type of chicken it’s supposed to be white chicken breast and they don’t serve them so keep up the good work you guys are the best if and when we come back to California which could be any time we are coming to your panda express. to set the scene : it’s Wednesday night 8:55pm 5 minutes til closing at Panda Express.. I walked in the doors , boom . Kim was the Only one to shout out hell o & flash me with that beautiful smile of hers , she was welcoming , warming & extremely attentive!! Then she proceeded to take everyone’s order that came before me & knocked that line down ! EASY . As soon as it was my turn I expressed that I needed them spring rolls but I noticed there weren’t anymore . But KIM WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO ENSURE MY NEEDS WERE MET ! The cashier ignored me as I walked in and stood at the online pickup order line. They were working with a woman on a large order as I stood there waiting. He moved what felt like intentionally slowly and didn't acknowledge me. It got to the point of me waiting for so long, about 10 mins and I can see my order, that the customer that he was helping encouraged them to help me out, to which they got a short "no". After he finished the order, he continued to pretend like I wasn't there and didnt exist. Another employee finally came over to help me. It took almost 10 mins to just pick up an order. There were multiple employees who chose to not help me, nor explain while it was talking so long. On top of it, they didnt give me the right order!
