I was able to walk right up to the counter,no wait time inside. I ordered the “Butterburger” with french fries. I asked to replace my drink with a “concrete mixer”. The lady at the counter was friendly she said I could do that. She did have some difficulty ringing in my order on her order screen. She had to ask a manager how to ring in my order. I then proceed to pay,and I realize right as I was paying that the lady charged me for the fountain drink, and the mixer. She then went and asked her manager who looked at my receipt acknowledged it was wrong but didn’t fix it, she said “she didn’t know how to refund me for a drink,and replace it with a mixer” but “she knew it was possible”. She then went and got the Assistant General Manager of the whole establishment “Hans”. “Hans” was super helpful he not only refunded me for the price of the drink, but also refunded me for the “concrete mixer” cost as well!!Hans was great he went above, and beyond what I asked of him. Overall I was pretty happy with the service/atmosphere there. It did become apparent to me that some of the staff are not familiar with the buttons on their order screen, and have to ask others how to ring stuff in often. It seems to me that maybe lack of training to front counter staff from upper management could be the real issue from mu experience. I believe with more training to the staff,and with some time in months to a year or so this restaurant will improve a lot. The food was good especially my “butterburger”was amazing. The only reason I give it a 4 star on food instead of a 5 is my “mixer” was starting to melt when they gave it to me. It was still really good though, and my fries were just a bit too salty in my opinion otherwise the food was great. We ate in once on 30 Sept 2024 and ordered coffee and dessert and someone came out to our booth twice to complain to us that he had to make new coffee, while someone in the back kitchen yelled "why is anyone ordering coffee this late?" and "making coffee at night is just bad business practice!" When someone who I think was the manager came up front and they whined to him about the coffee, he told them off with some loud expletives. Then when we finally got the coffee 20 minutes later it came with melted ice cream they'd let sit out on the counter the whole time, just out of spite. Also, when we do mobile orders, sometimes we're told to pick up at the drive-thru, sometimes told to come inside, and sometimes told to go curbside but when we do it's a 30-minute wait for the food because people forget that there are customers "curdside" all the way at the end of the parking lot, way far away from the building. Oh, and the prices went up on the app on the weekend and went back down on Monday - making a sandwich a combo went from costing $3.20 extra to $4.00 extra, then back down to $3.20.
