Panda Express — Restaurant in Manhattan

Don't bother with the "Bigger Plate", waste of money! 3rd entree is served in a tiny to-go box that is only half the amount placed on the "plate" with the other two entrees. I had specifically asked if all were the same when ordering and was told that all three entrees would be same serving size. When approaching the cashier(I went drive through, so returned to go inside), was told that the "big boss" is watching since just opening and she is making them use that small to-go portion(snack size at best). Really unfortunate as our family was excited to have this new offering on the east side of town, but already showing will be rare to visit as value to cost is diminished greatly and concerning to hear management skimping even on first day of business. Only giving 2 stars because I like panda food...however the one on McCall road is trash.They don’t understand pocket points at all there are two different pocket point sites not under the Same point then yes you do have to honor it if it was under the same it would lock it out .....the portions size is horribly small. yes they have a drive through however they can give you what ever portion size they want without you questioning it opened my containers and could see the the bottom of the tray like what the heck!!! I called them and asked if they would except a the online purchase coupon because it was having difficulty download they said not a problem...drove there and they said no.. I said I literally just talked to that girl right there and she said yes LESS THAN 5 minutes ago ... ooooohhhh sorry no. Go to the union I have never had an issue at the union huge portions friendly people just better. Much better. I hope this helps in decideding which one to go to and...

The guy at the drivethrough was super nice. Probably the best panda express employee I've ever interacted with. He had light colored hair and was a little large. I hope he gets some good recognition. I should have asked his name. I would hire him for my business. 10/10 service. Food was ready quickly.

I did give the food 4 stars instead of 5 because the noodles and rice were not warm enough for my liking and the honey walnut shrimp was a little bit soggy. I also feel like the side portions were smaller than at other chains I've visited.

Accessibility ♿️: 4/5 the ordering counter is a bit high, and you would have to reach far to pay. Tables were good. They had appropriate tables and restrooms Kid friendly: 5/5 my baby/toddler always loves the noodles and rice from panda express. The teriyaki chicken is good for them to not choke on as easy. I love their kids meals. They seem fair priced. They have highchairs and an acceptable diaper...
