You can choose any meat of your choice, while at the same time, choose any item of your choice-Burrito, Taco, Gordita, Torta, etc. And catfish is an option. I recommend the burrito. They serve their burritos with a tomatillo salsa with the most perfectly balanced flavors of any salsa I've ever tried. It gives a really nice slow burn without vaporizing your tastebuds.
