I am a “rewards member”. I come here on a regular basis. The smoothies are usually incredible. The service is typically unbeatable. Not today however I came here 3/10/2024. I went through the drive thru usually I can get in/out in a busy drive thru in under 10 minutes. Not today I waited 20 minutes just to get to the order screen. There was only 5 cars in the drive thru including the cars in front of mine.So the wait time didn’t make much sense. I then pull up to the order window wait another 5 minutes before anyone says anything to me. By that point the other cars behind my car had gotten presumably frustrated by the wait time and left. I ordered a “Paradise Point ” smoothie from the window. I then pulled up to the drive thru window. Nobody absolutely nobody in the drive thru employee wise in sight for close to 10 minutes which was strange as at that point. The employee turned around at some point he looked right at me,walked towards the drive thru. Then he suddenly turned around went to the kitchen area. I started to get a little frustrated as the employee knew I was waiting to be helped at the drive thru window, and he completely decided he was going to ignore me for several more minutes before a different employee finally came over, and helped me out. I saw he was the Assistant Manager didn’t catch his name. He was pretty nice, and apologized for my wait, and the terrible customer service I received up to that point in the drive thru. He hands me my smoothie I was the only one in the drive thru at this point in time. I could understand if they were very busy having that kind of wait,they were not that busy at all so I definitely thought the more than 30 minute wait time in total was a bit odd. My smoothie that I paid money for was extremely icy. So much I could not drink it. None of the fruit was melted,or mixed well. I took a few sips it was one of the worst smoothies I have ever had. I was very very disappointed at that point and I went inside spoke with a manager he too seemed surprised that my smoothie was literally frozen solid with all ice. I gave the rating a 2 instead of a 1 because the manager replaced my smoothie after I sent it back to the kitchen this time it was much much better. Not icy at all,all the fruit was mixed in like it usually is. I really do enjoy this place. This was just a very very disappointing experience that’s why I have to give this a review a 2 star instead of a 1 star because despite how disappointed I was the manager remained professional, and made me a new smoothie that was amazing. Luckily I don't keep money in my accounts and I moved over $20 the total was $18 they said I still owed money. I don't understand how if 18 is LESS than $20 . Then he tried to say I selected a tip. No I absolutely DID NOT. And then they have the NERVE to try and ask me to pay again!!! Saying they voided it and i have a pending transaction on my bank app. So you want my account to withdraw $40 because you tried to steal a tip ?!?! Are you INSANE??
WENT TO THE BANK IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT IT AND REVERSE THE TRANSACTION.
When this place first opened it was good.. now I always get the wrong smoothie and it takes 20-30 minutes in the drive thru for one smoothie. And the employees treat you like your inconvenience them by causing them to do their job that they applied to do. AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Read moreUpdate! Went 4 months without returning hoping it would get better; went back yesterday and ordered my favorite wrap (Hummus veggie) and it was perfect. The service was much faster than it used to be and both ppl i interacted with were prompt and kind. Excited to hopefully be a regular again! :)
While I loooove the food, today was unfortunate. I had a tonsillectomy last week and I’m having to avoid certain things because my throat is healing. I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and had them hold the red onions, which they did, but there was hot sauce all throughout the wrap (it is not supposed to have anything spicy in it). :( I was unable to eat it and the bites i did take, burned my throat. I am so so sad. This was awful.
