Full Circle — Restaurant in Manhattan

They say if you build it, they will come… and that’s exactly what happened. Late night in Aggieville on a Friday—loud, chaotic, and overflowing with the usual zombie horde of college kids—we stumbled upon an oasis: Full Circle Diner & Cocktails, home of the Circle Cocktail Club at night.

From the moment you walk in, it feels like stumbling across water in the desert. The energy shifts—funky music, warm lighting, appealing décor—and suddenly you’re safe, comfortable, and ready for something different. And then comes the food. OMG.

I ordered the chicken & waffles and let me just say… this was the best chicken & waffles I’ve had in 36 years of life. Better than Roscoe’s (yep, I said it). Perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. The chicken was tender, juicy, flavorful—every bite succulent—and paired with fluffy waffles that made the combo pure perfection.

The cocktails? Tangy, bold, affordable, and crafted with real care. Not just drinks to get you through the night, but drinks you actually savor.

And then there’s Tanner, the owner. Passionate, friendly, and intentional about everything—from the ingredients to the atmosphere. He’s built more than a restaurant/bar. He’s built a safe haven in the middle of Aggieville’s madness.

This isn’t just food and drinks. It’s an experience. A vibe. A hidden gem—though I don’t think it’ll stay hidden for long.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Full Circle twice now and cannot be more excited about the potential of this spot.

The atmosphere is fantastic and gives a modern diner style vibe while not being over the top.

The staff is helpful and despite it being very busy during our visit, did well at keeping up with every table.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles and goodness the portion was very generous. The chicken was very well fried and had good flavor on it's own, and while I failed to find the perfect ratio of hot sauce to syrup, the dish was overall fantastic and will remain a must order when I recommend Full Circle to others.

I also was delighted by their cocktail menu and tried the espresso martini which was extremely well crafted.

I can't wait to see how Full Circle develops and comes into it's own and hopefully remains a staple of Aggieville for...

IMO, Full Circle is the best Breakfast/Brunch spot in Aggieville... I've been wanting to try the French Toast for some time and finally did today and it exceeded expectations. It's gotta be the best French Toast in Manhattan... Chef Christian did a fantastic job as the attached photos will attest!!! "PRO TIPS": -- Being diabetic, I do my best to control my sugar intake, so I ordered it without the whipped cream and powdered sugar. -- Also, I brought my own sugar free syrup, which Full Circle has no problem with. -- Being a bacon lover (who isn't), I ordered an extra side of bacon and made my version of a French Toast Breakfast Sandwich... it was wonderful!!! I will definitely have this again :) :) :) -- I also want to note that the service here is consistently postive, friendly and fun... Full Circle is definitely...
